Ht. 5'4", Wt. 180 - Hello everyone, i just joined the club. Before i found this website, i was on google looking for tips to help me lose weight.Then i came to this website. I was kinda of happy to find people who are having the same problems. I can't really talk to my friends about my weight because they are all skinny. I have been trying to find a way to lose weight. My goal is to lose at least 36 pounds before i go to my 8th grade yrip to belize. I want to wear a 2 piece swim suit and it would be a great graduation gift. I really want to lose this weight because im going to a new school next year and i want to look good! i would like to know how some of you guys are doing it. Ht. 5'5", Wt. 237 - Okay, hey everyone, I'm fairly new here. I've actually been in here before, but I didn't post much so I don't think anyone will remember me, infact, I'm positive no one will remember me. Anyways, I decided that I should start posting on this bulletin because I can see how much you're all helping one another and I would love to get some feedback and also attempt to help you all at the same time. Basically, last week was my first week at attempting to lose weight. I ate 1300 calories and burned 200 calories a day. Does all of that sound good? Does it seem like reasonable numbers that will help me to lose weight? I hope so. Anyways, for breakfast I had: mini wheats, 1/2 cup skim milk and an apple, which totals 345 calories. For lunch I had a turkey sandwhich and some green tea, which totals 189 calories. I think my lunch was a little small, but I wasn't too hungry and tonight my family is having take-out, so I want to do my best this morning. This morning I also burned 200 calories. Suggestions would be loved!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - it's disgusting how my mother treats me. Everyday it's sabina you're fat...you need to lose weight...look at those girls their skinny...you should stop eating...I'm so sick of it. She is like you need therapy and today i told her she needed it. she loves making me feel awful, and that is not normal. I really can't take this. I can't wait for college onl a few more months. My brother had just finished the cheese cake I had none, and she claims I ate it. What is her problem? she was skinny, seriously anorexic as a teen, then she blew up after having my brother and me. Now she treats me horribly and puts me down whenever she has the chance. My dad is sick of it too. He said if she didn't stop he would leave her. I don't blame him. she is a miserable lady and no one deserves to be stuck with her

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 631 - How many of you have skinny or slimmer siblings? My brother is much thinner than I am and he always teases me... I hate it... he teases me bcuz of my size and becuz i dont have a boyfriend (which is my choice) and then my mum always compares me to him... I also have a skinny sister even tho i dont really kno her like that i wish i cud look like her (and im not talking just in the face)... Do your parents compare you 2 ur skinnier siblings or is it just me?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - SHOPPING-i have seen people posting "where do you find cute clothes" heres what i think. OLDNAVY they have a big selection of plus sized clothes. MACYS sometimes has plus sized clothes you have to look online though. AMERICAN EAGLE look online for clothes. other stores like MERVEYNS ROSS or TJ MAX have good clothes. you can also go to GENEX(i dont think i spelled that right) or TORRID but some of the clothes there make you look like a slut.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - I usually drink 3-4 diet sodas a day. But for the last 2 weeks i havent had any soda. i have been drinking fuze and if you get the right kind then thy are pretty healthy. i have also been drinking more water and crystal light.
