Ht. 5'2", Wt. 245 - Why are people so mean on this site sometimes? I mean seriously this site is for people to get motivation and tips and feel good about themselves and all these people want to do is put other people down. I mean I try to tell people what I eat and all they say is offensive things.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 245 - Heya. Okay, so today I did absolutely horrible. I had KFC a chicken bowl and a snacker, a lot of Dr. Pepper, mac & cheese w/ hot dogs, taco bell, and mcDonalds. Well, anyhow tomorrow is a new day and I am really going to try to be really good. I am going to try really hard not to drink any soda. Just water. Any tips would be very helpful. Thank you!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - so i took my first steps to becoming healthier by renting a walking dvd from my library since its too cold to go outside. i hope to get into enough shape to play on my volleyball team. i am also trying to eat a good breakfast before school. yay me!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - BREAKFAST:Special K and Fat free milk (200) LUNCH: Turkey sandwich, energy bar, veggies (500) DINNER: Lazana, corn, and fat free yogurt (500) EXERCISE:1 hour of weight training/warm ups and things like that. 2 mile walk with dogs and cuzin. How did I do?? I feel pretty good but I'm not sure. Feed back would be nice.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 187 - ughhh im so frustrated i am doing this diet and i screwed it up today and me and my friend are in a race to see who looses the most weight and she is doing A-W-E-S-O-M-E i just wanna do well and loose weight 2 ughh i wanna win!!!! lol but the diet was so hard i was supposed to eat fruit and water all day....i got sick and had to eat...ughh!!!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - Does anyone know what the inches are around your belly on size 14 jeans because I wear 16 and want to try 14 but im afraid I didn't lose enoguh weight yet. If I can fit a 14 that means I dropped 2 jeans sizes in less that 2 months

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 237 - I know I'm overweight. And I started this weekend on eating right and I've been using my treadmill everyday for 35 minutes. But I don't think it's going to work as well as I want it to. I want, need, to lose at least 50 pounds by the summer. I have to get in shape because I'm going to be a lifeguard, and you need to be physically fit, not to mention the fact that I don't want to be seen in a bathing suit now. If you have any ideas, please please let me know.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - This is kind of funny becuse I wrote a while back saying I was jealous that she can eat every 5 min and still is skinny well guess what she used to weigh 111 and now she weighs 129. So she asked me who lost 10 pounds to help her workout and stuff. Now that feels good to know someone who is still skinny wasn'ts me to help her.It's not funny she gained weight my mom said it would happen some day that she would gain weight

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 220 - ok now i have huge motivation there is thing called the biggest loser contest at the ymca where i workout and that starts today so brian for the biggest loser season 3 said to me if my team of 3 teens comes in at least 5 th place he will come all the way from california to connecticut to see my and my mommy swo todays diet so far breakfast 1 cup of special k with skim milk lunch roastbeef and cheese wrap on a sundried peper wrap the wrap was 90 cals with a propel a peach and a 100 cal pack of smartfood popcorn snack a peach and a 100 cal yogurt how did i do so far today plus i am going to workout tonight for at least two hours i am so totally pumped i am gonna loose thess 40 lbs i am gonna do this

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - blah so this sucks. i've been doing so well for the past few months and yesterday i messed up and binged and it was horrible. today i did the same thing. i'm scared im back on a bad cycle and i don't know how to get myself back to dieting

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- 2 vanilla waffles w/ very little syrup and butter and a cup of tea. lunch- a hotdog with shredded cheese on the top with hot chocolate. snacks-a 90 calorie yogurt, 90 calorie special k snack. afterschool-a tablespoon of ice cream+8 m&m's& half of a grilled cheese and a cup of green tea. dinner- chicken cutlets with vegetables. ehh i know it sounds bad. but i usually start to eat something and never finish it now which helps me keep off weight because im not just having one thing. exercise- dance for 2 hours.
