Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - so bootcamp is most definitely too painful for me right now. I am going to work my body up to it by going on the treadmill for 1/2 hr every day for the next 4 weeks. then i will try bootcamp again

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - excersize; about 1-1/2 of walking plus ima play ddr right now. food; instant oatmeal made w/water for breakfast. after school turkey on wheat with mustard and ONE peice of cheese and an apple. around 5ish i ate some steamed babys carrots. Gonna play DDR and eat something light. drank tons of water. LET ME KNOW HOW I DID THANKS :]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 187 - for a long time...my abs NEVER HURT like when i would workout it wouldnt hurt at all...now i have a cut down the center of my stomach FORMING ABS LOL AND there sore right now its painful but im happy to kno im getting somewhere

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 245 - hey guys. well I have not been doing that great these past couple of days. i am really going to try to start my diet tomorrow. i am not going to drink any sodas. only water. im probably gunna have fruit for breakfast, maybe a sandwich for lunch with just turkey and mustard. For dinner, I dunno what I will have. Do you think I will start losing weight if i stick with that? Well anyways,please leave me ANY tips. I will listen to anything you guys say and i would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Hey everyone. I was just kinda wonderin the web and found this website. I thought I'd give it a try. Well Im 16, and Ive been over weight all my life. Im pretty much to the point where I want to starve myself and forget what they say about slowing your metabolism. I just hate the feeling when your with all your size 5 friends and all you can think about is Gosh, why can't I be like them. Well, I was blessed with Hips, thighs and yeah you guessed it, the gut. 180 Pounds is not the weight a sophmore like me wants to weigh. I have been watching what I eat for awhile now, I have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, the schools salad bar for lunch, a small snack after school, and usually about 400 calories for dinner. Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Todays the first on the month and people are talking about a contest. I think we should have a short term contest of one month too see if you can lose 5 lbs by the first on march. I have a concert im going to three days after and id love to buy a small shirt instead of a medium. Although I know thats almost impossible itd still feel better too be a little slimmer! Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - so so so how is everyone doing on their weightloss? me well i have finally gotten into the swing of things. 1200 calories a day and 1 hr of exercise. beautiful just beautiful and hopefully the scale will start to show my success too

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 336 - ok i am a bigger girl well alot bigger! and i do have weight issues and have a best friend. my best friend believes that i am pefect just the way i am. she is very close to me but i dont feel the same for her. we always have conversations about how she loves me to death but i dont feel the same for her. isaid that if i lost her it wouldnt hurt me as bad as it would her if she lost me. i broke her heart. she cried alot. but were close. we know what eachother is thinking we do everything together. we do not need to talk we feel each others feelings. i hurt when she hurts. is there something wrong with our friendship! help!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - Today I walked from school. 15 min walk. In gym we played soccer and I ran a lot when I was out there. 11 years of soccer always helped me on that one. We played for like 30 min was that a good exercise or should I do more?
