Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - yay i lost 3 pounds this week....i'm down to 162.4 now...but i just had a pretty big piece of chocolate cake, but i always let myself have dessert on sunday if i lose at least 2 pounds..soo hopefully it will be ok although i feel really sick now. my next mini-goal is 160!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - This is my daily workout routine I started last Thursday and for once I'm actually sticking to it. I go to the gym everyday except Fridays, and workout between 40 min- 1 hour, on the elliptical and the bike. Then on Sun, Mon, and Thurs I also do Pilates Abs. For my diet I have a soy shake in the morning, for lunch a sandwich, and for dinner lots of veggies and fruits. I feel great. I have more energy and I feel more confident.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 207 - Hello, I am a Junior in high school and my ring dance is April 28th 2007 that is like 70 something days away i am pretty satisfied with my body but becuase im over weight u can't really tell i have a body shape so i wanna lose between 32-57 pounds i have pilates but and they are good but iwant to put myself on a routine but need a good diet to go along with my new excersise dvds does anyone have any diets that i could try i heard of a 3 day diet with fruit and protein but vant find it so could some help me out if possible!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 167 - Ok...so I'm just trying to see what all you have done to lose weight. Everytime i lose, i gain it right back. It might be that i'm not losing it the right way. But what kind of exercises and what kinds of foods are you eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? And by eating those foods, do you see a change in your weight? Thanks for you reply.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - hey people ... i finally rejoined the gym todsy and i did 40 mins cardio not much but at least im doing something ... im thinking about joing the basketball team down at my local pcyc 2 of my friends do it and they asked me 2 join with them .. i havent played for a club in like 3 years it should b fun anywho food 2day was weird breakfast: bowl of special k with no fat milk, then i went to the gym and when i got back i had 2 poached eggs with english mufins and ham, lunch i had ham and calsaw sandwhich and i dont kno wat im having 4 dinner yet ... watcha think ?? ps r poached eggs bad 4 u?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 174 - Lent starts on Wednesday. I already don't eat meat, so that will not be a problem. I think this year I am going to give up sweets, toast and crackers--my three biggest vices. I eat too many carbs and too much non-natural sugary foods. I'm replacing it with fruit and veggies.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 221 - last week i figured out my true weight which was 228.6 and since last week i have gotten my self back down to 221.8 during the first week of the contest i lost 6.8 lbs i was soooooo happpy i did it i know by my middle school graduation i am gonna be under 200 i can do this and i will plus i got into both highschools that i wanted to go to so now i need to figure out which one to go to lol i got in to kaynor technical high school and kennedy high schools soar program i am really happy for my self i guess my life i have just turned around again love krista

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 205 - I used to come here a lot and I lost a lot of weight. I went from 170 to 140 in about 4 months. But now, a year and a half later I have gained it all back and more. My clothes I used to wear when I was fat are now too tight for me. I don't know how I let myself get out of hand again, but I'm ready for a change.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 157 - To Dallis: You suggested to someone that they stop eating all bread, cereal, & stuff like that to lose weight. That is not a good idea. Then you are missing out a big part of the food group! Whole wheats are healthy for you. That was BAD ADVICE.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 230 - i stoped drinking soda almost 4 weeks ago. i havent lost any weight, i have acually gained 10 lbs and the juice i usually drink, fuze, is only 10 calories per a whole bottle. im not giving up soda forever bt im thinking in anothr month i will only have one soda a week. what do you think? FYI i only drank diet soda before.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - hey guys, i havent posted in a while so i thought i should. In my health class i learned that 3500 calories = 1 pound, so 3500 calories extra over a period of time causes 1 pound gain, but it works the other way also, so like eat 500 less calories a day and in 7 days you have not eaten 3500 calories. Causing a 1 pound weight lose.
