Ht. 5'6", Wt. 149 - i think you can have a little bit of peanut butter! it's good protein. and it is a good kind of fat your body needs. try to get reduced fat.. or all natural peanut butter. because it can also have a lot of sugar. i eat peanut butter all the time.. a little tablespoon on apple, or celery, or pb sandwhich. and i've lost 15 lbs in a little over a month. so just watch how much you are eating!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - Jodie, 3 4-inch pancakes are only 210 calories & 2g of fat. So don't tell me it's fattening to have 1 pancakes. Peanut butter is fattening but it's good protein, it's a GOOD fat and considered a healthy good as long as you don't eat too much. I think it's a healthy breakfast...
