Ht. 5'10", Wt. 223 - I've been looking wt what some of you are eating..It's not enough, I suspect some of you are doing what I used to do.. don;t eat much so you can save up on calories for junk.. don;t do it.. weightwatchers says you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want in a day.. some people here, on thier diet plans I see no fruits or veggies.. you won;t get the vitamins you need! If you get hungry.. just grab an apple or suck on an orange or something.. but try drinking water first.. you miht just be thirsty! OK so I can dish out the advise.. but can I uuse/u it?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I feel like my life is like so horrible. I'm sure moslty all of you guys, though you may be overweight, have a nice group of friends. Me, I'm on the outside always looking in. I walk alone in the halls. I just can't fit in. I hate everything about me, there's nothing special. I waste my life doing worthless things. My self-esteem really sucks. Today I had cereal and a banana for breakfast then I also had a few bites of chocolate cake and a little peice of chocolate before school. & so I skipped lunch and didn't eat anything else today. I'm so sick of being overweight. I hate this.

EXERCISE:Weight training consisting of 1/2 mile warm up, speed drills, plyos, c jumps, medicine ball...ect. Then I had track practice. I ran 2 miles walked 1/4 mile and then lots of streches. Some feedback would be loved. I feel like I messed up everything I have done in the last few days with my huge dinner. I'm so full I can't stand it but the food was so good!! (view less)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - Hey Everyone! One thing I HIGHLY recomend to you all for excercise is the Turbo Jam DVD set. Look it up on the internet for more info. Heres the official site: http://www.beachbody.com/jump.jsp?itemID=176&itemType=GATEWAY And here are some reviews: http://infomercialratings.com/product/turbo_jam/startNum/20 Its a bit expensive but worth every penny! I've only been doing the 20 minute cardio workout everyday and the 40 minute turbo sculpt every second day for about 2 weeks now and its been extreamly rewarding! Not only is it really fun and motivational but it buuurnss...I'm totally hooked! Anyway, like I said above, I highly recomend it and its worth the money. Has anyone else on here done it?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 297 - One of the main issues I have with exercising is that I am always extremly tired when I get home from school. I can exercise on Saturdays and Sundays fine, but that's not really enough exercise in a week. I'm tired because I don't really get enough sleep [what teen does?] because I have a ton of homework, afterschool activities, spending time with my family and hanging out with friends. I usually don't get home until four, because of staying after with school things...and in order to get 8 hours of sleep I need to go to bed at 10. But for me, I need more like 10 hours to feel rested...obviously that's not possible. I feel like I'm always in a time crunch. So that's another thing, I barely have time to exercise, and when I do, I'm really tired and feel more like sleeping than getting up and walking. Any ideas anyone?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - So I really need to add in exercise to my day and I have the time for it, but what are some good physical activities to do indoors? I like to walk, but there is snow everywhere outside and it won't melt for a while. I just don't have the money to get a walking workout DVD, and I have DDR but I know that's not enough if I want really good results. I know it sounds like I'm making excuses, but I really need to find some way to do indoor exercise without it being boring. Can anyone help???

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - Hey guys. Well i've been trying for awhile to get to a healthy weight but I didn't ever try very hard. A few weeks ago everyone in my school went to the nurse to get height and weight. Well, for the first time ever the scale went from the 100lbs+ section up to the 150lbs+ section. I told myself I really have to commit. I want to lose the weight. I have a busy life so it's hard to find time to exercise. The plan i made for myself is jogging for 30 minutes three times a week and 100 crunches every day. (i really hate my stomach) Do you guys think this will help me? I'm also trying to cut down on the junk food, but i'm not on a "diet". I'm just watching what I eat, but most of you know how hard that is. My big goal is to be in a bikini by July! That would probably mean losing at least 15lbs. Can I do that with my plan? I would love some support or feedback! Thanks so much. :)
