Ht. 5'2", Wt. 149 - Alright i havent posted in a week, that's probably why I am slacking off. Anyways today i got back on track and started out with, - Fiber Bar it has like oats and some chocolate its very healthy and Best Life Approved that was 140, a cup of milk 180 ,- 1 cup of strawberries 100, 1 peanut butter sandwhich on 5 grain bread 210,SNACK- 1 orange 80, DINNER- chicken,mashed potatoes, and carrots 400.
EXCERCIZE- 1 mile 3/4 run 1/4 walk, 2 hours of cheerleading, 30 minutes of yoga
so how did i do?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - How'd I do today? Breakfast: 1 pancake w/ 1 tbsp. peanut butter & a banana & 1 cup 1% milk; Lunch: chicken noodle soup & grapes & sugar free jello; Snack: 4 little sesame rolls & raspberries & blueberries; Dinner: Smartone meal- teryaki chicken w/ rice & veggies & 1 cup 1% milk; Excercise: 30 minute walk & 1 hr. hip-hop class..........What do you think? Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - hiya so i'm about 140 and i eat about 1200-1300 calories a day and walk 30 minutes 5 days a week about. my weight loss is slow, but it seems to be working.
my question is...if i keep it up how much do you think i can lose by june? thanks!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - UGH!!! I work out everyday but my problem is that I can't control my food. I don't eat a lot but I eat unheatlhy. like I eat around 1200 calories everyday but it is usually really bad stuff. like today i had cheetos and fries for dinner. yes I do eat dinner early.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - Hey everyone! Well i used to come to this site all the time and i kinda just stopped so there's probably no one here that remembers me but oh well! For any newbies out there I found that this site helped a lot just as motivation. When I first started i weighed about 200ish and i got down to 155. Right now i've gained a few back and i'm 165-170ish i don't really know cuz i hate the scale ;) But yea i know a lot of its just from lifting but i just would like to still get to my goal weight which is 145ish. The exercise part isn't hard for me b/c i lift everyday and then i go work out at my gym i belong to after school, its all that dang food that kills me! But I think if i start working on it now that i can keep some good habits for when i go off to college next year. Well if anyone one needs anything, a buddy, tips or w/e just leave me a comment or drop me an e-mail @ whitneygeise@yahoo.com Oh yea here's my quote of the day.."The future depends on what we do in the present."

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - Well I came back from the gym and for the first time I hated going there. I went at such a bad time it is when all the guys my age and a few girls come. Dear god right next to me these jerks were hitting on this girl. The whole time she is saying, "I'm fat I'm fat" when she looks so thin. And of course out of all the ellipticals there she gets on the one next to me. And of course I'm ignored by everyone, except for a few guys who were interested in my chest not me.
