Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - eww i feel nasty...whenever i lost 2 or more pounds a week i let myself eat a little bit more on that sunday (not like bad stuff but just like more healthy stuff...) but yesterday sucked and i was really stressed so i had like tons of 100 calorie packs...oh well today is a nwe day and i got a new work out video so i will do that later and then go to the ymca to work out for about 1.5 hours. good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 162 - So I did horrid on my diet today but I dont really care. I woke up knowing it'd be a bad day because my friend was coming over. Ooh, well. I got some exercise. I really want to start a diet. The longest I have ever been on a diet has been about a month. Then I just say oh ill have one can of soda. Then one becomes two, and I would say oh ill just have a sandwich with a little bit of mayonnaise, and a little becomes a lot. Now, I eat a ton of things a day. I am going to try to eat healthier foods, maybe less fat. If you have any tips, that could always help! My weight now is 245 and my ultimate goal would be to weigh probably 150. Now i have a question. Should I weigh myself once a week, or once every month? Or should i just weigh myself in a few months? What do you think? I could really use your guyses opinions. Ht. 5'6", Wt. 176 - Ok, so before the holidays, I was at 169 and things were going well. Since the summer, I had lost 15 pounds. I was sick in December and through the holidays I gained back 19 pounds. I've lost 3 so far, but I'm just not keeping up w/ things. ya know. I really want to look good for so many reasons: for my b/f, for a different fashion shows this spring, and just to look good in a bikini. I've been kinda down cuz my bf likes another girl cuz she's small. She's like 5'3 and only like 100 and then there's me: 5'7, 176. I just need some support. Thanks y'all.
