Ht. 5'4", Wt. 180 - I was crying today cause my cat died, you know what a noy in my class said to me? "Fat People Arent Allowed To Have feelings" of course this made me more upset, cxan you believe he said that? its like were a different race!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - our school dance is tomorrow and i got and outfit for it that is a size smaller than what i normally am for motivation and .... I can wear it!!!!!!! yeah!!!!!!!!!!! i'm sooooooo exicted!!!!!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok here's waht i had today...i'm not really sure if i did well at all so i'd like some responses. breakfast: special K bar and a cup of milk. snack: 40 cal yogurt. lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread. snack: banana. dinner:vegetable soup and a banana.
desert: 100 call pack pudding.
exercise : basically nothing...10 minutes on bike, 200 crunches...

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - Please be as harsh as possible, how did I do? Breakfast: A light multi grain english muffin with a little bit of smart balance butter and 1/2 a grapefruit. Lunch: Turkey and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap, a 100 calorie pack, and an apple. Snack: An apple and one string cheese. Dinner: Salad and a "BBQ Chicken Pileup" (Its from the Biggest Loser Cookbook so its healthy) and a cup of low fat milk. Also I drank lots of water throughout the day. Exercise I had track practice, we did 5 laps around the indoor track plus 4 laps with plyometrics (high knees, butt kicks, high skips, grapevine) and then we did a 1/2 hour long circuit that consisted of: ski jumps, lunges, planks, pushups, high knees over cones, ladders (which is confusing to explain), shoulder raises, wall sits and jumproping. Then we did 4 laps around the indoor track of cool down. Please be harsh, anything I should add or get rid of?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 631 - Honestly dieting 4 me has failed. The first week of the new year I went on a chocolate binge (from all the xmas candy) It was all I ate!!! Nothing healthy at all! And now I noticed that since December my stomach has grown and I gained about 4 or 5 inches in my waist. I honestly need 2 lose weight. Do you kno if the fat smash diet works... by DR. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - ok well i got in some good exercise today. i did skiing since 3:30-8:30 today. For breakfast I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel, apple juice, some hot cocoa. lunch i had some ravioli, a peach, iced tea. snack was a slim jim. dinner was a hamburger w. a few fries (had to try them), apple juice (i love apple juice!). But at the lodge i didnt realize how unhealthy the food was! All they have is soda, breadstciks, pizza, blah blah blah. but anyways yah I think those 5 hrs of skiing mighttve burned off my dinner. So yes be harsh I didnt do good but plz give me some posistive feedback because at this point no motivation=me just gainign another 60 lbs! thanks -A

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 207 - I'm so mad at myself. For the past 2 weeks I have done really horrible with eating. I did a pretty good yesterday, today wasnt that great but better from last week. I have found the after a game I'm usually hungery and I've been eating a lot of candy becasue that's usually all they have so I'm going to start packing dinners any idea's of what I should bring would be great? I think makeing this change will help greatly I also think maybe I should drink more water or something so I'm not always hungery?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - hello every1.. no one ever replies to my posts so im thinking about not coming here anymore.. i dont know why maybe i bore you guys.. anywho breakfast was milk.. lunch was a turkey sandwich and dinner was a brocolli/onion/cheese/colbasa omlette on half a bagel.. oh and i had a hot cocoa when i got home FRIGGIN FREAZIN IN CANADA!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - im takeing small SMALL steps. im starting with no soda. in the last 48 hours i havent had any soda. th last time i had soda it wasdiet and only a little tiny sip. no soda is a big deal for me cause i usually drink a ton of it!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - for the past few days ive been burning off all of my calories and a couple hundred more, ive been walking for atleast 40-60 minutes every day and doing yoga for 30 minutes how can i burn more calories?
