Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - Happy New Years Eve!! I got on the scale this morning and i was 150.5. Im okay with this because tomorrow starts a new year and i am ready to get past this stupid plateau. I went out to eat for lunch today. It was a Mexican restaurant and so i ate way too many of the tortilla chips that they put out on the table. But on the plus side i ordered a salad instead of all the calorie and carb laden things that are at Mexican restuarants (how i wanted a baja buritto).

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - ok so i was really bad last week so im gunna be good again starting today well from lunch cause i had coco pops for breakfast lol lunch i had ham sandwhich on wholemeal bread. im going out tonight cause its new years eve but im gunna try to be good and not eat bad food. i have to renew my gym membership cause it runs out 7th jan so gunna get back on track.... happy new year everyone!! good luck to everybody who went bad like i did over there break... i still have 4 weeks till i go back 2 school so gunna lose some lbs :D

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 220 - I have to agree with Anna down there, Dance Dance Revolution is a great workout. If you have ps2, Xbox, Gamecube or i heard you can even use your DVD player now, then you should definitley buy it. For me I don't even realize how tired I'm getting because I'm into the game. So my food for yesterday was Apple and Oatmeal, Apple and Sandwich and Rice cakes for snack. I wasn't full during the night or I would have eaten more, my mom made sloppy joes for dinner and we had company and i had the resistance to pass the food up! :0)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had so far. Breakfast 100 cal pudding. Lunch one helping of chicken and brocili, noddles, other chicken but it was spicy so ate like 2 pieces of it and sprite. For exercise 1 hour and 30 min of DDR I burned 241 caloriesand jogges for 41 miles on the game. I hope everyone is having a good last day December and 2006. HAPPY NEW YEAR. What is everyone's revolutions my is to lose 50 pounds by July. Tell me how I did today.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Thanks everyone for replying...it's awesome! Anyhow well I woke up late again today (sleeping in since i have to go back to school n Tuesday, hehe) so I had a small piece of homemade low fat lasagna (250) with a pear (100) and Jello-O sugar free pudding (60), then for a snack I had a banana, for dinner I had a bowl full of pasta fagoli (a tomato-based Italian broth with beans and pasta), some bread with olive oil and spinach. Later on I had a glass of skim milk (100), 1 slice of dark chocolate, and an Etenman's (sp??) cupcake. Today I was exhausted when I woke up because the yoga I've been doing is hard on the abs and since i was sore i skipped exercise today. I'm living out the very last of the junk, but I'm proud for getting slowly back on track for the new year! And my parents went shopping today and there was SO MUCH CRAP at the grocery stores but I was strong and had only 1 chocolate-covered strawberry. :0) Not perfect, but better.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - im doing so bad lately. But tommorrow is a new day I'll try to do good tomorrow the weight is wrong it's 196. I didn't change becuase I want to lose 3 pounds by next friday. I have done it before won't mean I wont di it again

Ht. 6'0", Wt. 200 - HEY guys, so now like everyone else the new years resolutions---mmm from insperience---try not focusing on losing weight, but tone up---i still weigh 200 pounds but im a size 6 which isnt bad at all---so dont consontrate on what you weigh.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - So hey there....I'm back! How were you guy's days.....mine was pretty good and i am DONE eating for the day....Today i faced the temptation of a muffin, a nice yummy one too, but i didn't eat it, instead i had a cup of milk and wrote in big, permanent letters on my hand "i want to be THIN" so now every time i want to eat something bad, i open up my hand and look at the message i wrote to myself. Today my eatingness went good:1 pack instant oatmeal, a bowl of snow peas and green beans, and a medium bowl of leftover yellow rice from yesterday. My exercise for today was about 3.5 miles on my bike ( I 3 my bike!)
Really, i will do the impossible and fit in a seze 13! by January 8th!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 170 - Well, I found have a diet that might just work. I've done it before and I always lose on it. I warn you it is a very disgusting diet! You will not lose the full weight if you do not eat every single thing that is written down to eat for that day. even if you don't like it! but if you are interested just leave your emails. I lost up to 40 pounds in a month on this thing but it's very hard! and if you don't maintain your meals after you will gain double the weight you started out with.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 220 - Hey guys..I think I've been doing really good. So my lips have not touched soda for the past 4 or 5 days and I'm really proud of myself for that! Since Christmas Day I've been playing DDR every day burning 500-800 calories. Yesterday I went to the mall with some friends and walked around for FIVE hours. Yes five hours, then went shopping some more when I got home. My food from yesterday was a small limeade from hotdog on a stick a 6 inch turkey sub from subway with no mayo, a grilled chicken salad from carls JR and a bunch of water. Today I played DDR and did 11 mile (750 calories burned) and So far I've eaten an apple and some instand oatmeal made with water. I have no clue what I'm eating later on for Lunch/Dinner. But I've driken about 6 cups of water so far! So what do you guys think?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 194 - ok i just went to the doctors yesterday and found out that im no longer 184 im 194 but i havent gotten any bigger and my clothing still fits the same but i need to know a good diet thats easy to stick with like im trying to lower my sugar content and all but i need more help so i can loose weight. pls and thank you if u have any hints to help me out i would really appreciate it plz and thank you

Anyways well my b-fast was late, like 1:30 cuz I woke up late so for a snack I had a pear and sugar free pudding then for dinner I went out to eat with my family and I was proud of myself I had grilled chicken with mushrooms and steamed veggies and cup of minestrone soup, and my family offered me some fries so I had a few handfuls (hey, the year's almost over) and I only had two bites of apple cake. I was able to resist the white rice and soda and feel great! When I got home later i was a little hungry so I had a small wedge of cheese. :0) Happy New Years!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - Hey there everyone...i'm kinda new on this board and stuff...so maybe y'all could just tell me how you think i did today (keep in mind...i am trying to go from a size 15 to a 13 in ten days)
Day 1: 3 bananas, 2 bites of pupkin (the stuff in the can that you use to make pie, it was not good) and a medium sized bowl of yellow rice and onions.
Today for exercise, I rode my bike around for about 3 miles.....that was fun, so tell me whatchya think!
