Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - i went to the gym twice yester day 1st time i did 40 mins cardio 2nd time i did 66mins cardio (6 mins on the stepper lol). im gunna try and go twice a day for maybe 3-5 times a week. im gunna weigh myself on sunday and hopefully ive broken my plateu. 6 days till christmas!!!!! yay and 16 days till i go to the beach!! woo i love summer :D

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - today my brother called me fat and i got mad at him. I didnt get mad because he called me fat, because i have herd it before, but because he is in 2nd grade and i dont want him calling some other little girl fat and making them cry ecause i remember the first time someone called me fat i was crying so hard. Why make fun of people? does i make them feel better? I hate people like that!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 194 - Their is a small book that's kinda like a magazine from the biggest loser. It has different exercises and other stuff in their like a daily food thing where you put what food you at. It also helps you lose a lot of weight in thirty days. I might go on it during christmas break and during january i'll start thursday

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - i went down 2 lbs!!! oh and i have started eating oatmeal for breakfast everyday, for some reason foods high in fiber fill you up fast and have enough calories to get you through the day. For lunch i had this jazz salad!! and for dinner I had yocrunch..All in all today was yum!!! and I did billy's bootcamp cardio for exercise

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay well because I've been sick I have homework to catch up on...so I can't do my normal food diary today. This is what I ate: Brekafast lowfat cheese toast (1 grian, 1 dairy), 1 cup low fat cocoa~~the one with antioxidents~~(1 dairy)/Snack 1 oz. peanuts (1 protein)/Lunch: small slice of meatloaf, 3 small low fat pieorgi (1 protein, 1 grain, 1 starchy veggie)/Snack:1 banana, 1 cup fat free milk (1 fruit, 1 dairy)/ Dinner: ink but hopefully something with proteins and veggies/Dessert: baked apple (1 fruit), slice of fat free No-Pudge brownies (homemade)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Im still having a lot of trouble eating good. I have gone to two parties the past 2 dayz and its soo hard not to eat all the good food. Luckily ive only gone up like 3 pounds (153, i was 150) but i still dont eat that much. And i hate it cuz all my friends are so skinny and they eat twice as much junk as me.
But on the good side, my sister has moved in w/ us to finish college and she is built very similar to me. On saturday we are starting a diet together (would start it sooner but we are waiting for school to get out) and she is also about my height and weight (she is 5 foot 4, 148 lbs) so im really happy that i will have someone to support me.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Ok so I haven't been eating well lately...I dunno why, I eat one chocolate chip cookie and then I look down at my fifth one. It's really nerve wracking but I'm doing good with the exercise. Ok, so my stomach is like getting bigger (it looks like it and feels like it:( ) it's like the middle part bulges out but the sides are kind of in. I don't get why the middle part sticks out so much. Can someone tell me why? and how to prevent it. Thank you.
