Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay, well I did some serious self-evaluation and came to the conclusion that food really isn't the problem...sure I still have goals and bad habits that I'm trying to break, but I think that I'm not seeing much physical difference because I don't exercise enough (although this week I exercised every day!) So I'm gonna try to exercise on most days, at least 3-4 times a week, just for 30 min. or so for a month and see if it makes some difference. :0) I'll post my food later.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Does anyone have advice for dealing with pleatus (sorry sp)?? I've been 167 since like October and it's frustrating because I want to loose 3 more lbs before my birthday in March so I can say that I lost 20 lbs!!! *:0) Thank you!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 173 - so i definetly noticed that my whole healthy eating is becoming so much more of a lifestyle. like now, when i have a "bad" day of eating, its still SO much less then a bad day before :). I love eating healthy and exercising. and track has been so much fun to! good luck to everyone

Ht. 5'11", Wt. 192 - HI Everybody! I am very overweight. I get made fun of at school. I was in the girls locker room after volleyball practice and some boys walked in and started poking my fat rolls.
