Ht. 5'5", Wt. 149 - BLAH...thats how i feel right now. I luv everything about xmas except the food. I have eaten so much today.
But, i guess the good news is that i got down 2 149. That was my weight this morning and i was sooo happy! I havent been below 150 in 4ever and i havent lost weight in 3-4 months. That 1 pound weight loss to get me below 150 was amazing.
Bad news of course, i probably gained it back plus some. I dont plan on weighing myself in the morning cuz i know i will have gained a bunch of water weight from all the salty foods. Hopefully i will stick to that cuz i really dont want to see the number on the scale tomorrow. I will be starting my diet back up tomorrow, my ultimate goal is to be 140 by valentines day-130 by May.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hey guys. I've been so stressed lately. I'm slipping into depression or something. I'm just tired. Tired of everything. School is really stressing me out and then I start eating and I don't feel like doing anything which includes exercising (but I managed to get my lazy butt up and treamill today). I'm stressed about my weight and how it's not going anywhere (obviously because I'm not doing anything and even when I do, the number doesn't move)and about school...thinking about College. This is winter break and I should feel free and happy but these thoughts keep seeping into my head and my goal was to lose 10 lbs by my bday (Jan 5) and that plan is just drowning because of this black cloud over my head. I just feel sad and pessimistic and I don't know what to do :(

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Hey Izzy and Claire!!! I'm sorry i keep coming on and leaving. I'm here to stay! One of my new years/christmas resolutions is to lose weight. I got DDR and i burned 700 calories and did 10 miles on it today!!! I drank 5 glasses of water while doing so, and For breakfast i had apple cinnamon oatmeal. just one packet and i used water instead of milk. GOOD LUCK YOU GUYS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - hmmm...protein = more energy...for b-fast try having egg whites, then include different proteins in lunch and dinner. helps prevent binging, curbs cravings, and helps build muscle. however this is not a tip to go on an all protein diet which has been linked to heart disease. if anything eat a good 1200-1500 calorie diet that consists of lots of fruits and veggies (as much as you want) between 4-6 slices of bread in one given day, or 1/2 a cup of pasta or rice, and between 3-6 oz of protein at each meal. fish is preferable over any other source since it is leaner, and contains omega threes. however if buying fish get wild catch not farmed b/c farmed fish has very high amounts of mercury.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - I lost 2 more pounds. Workout for like a day or so then pray to God to help you lose weight I won't gurantee he will answer your prayer right away.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 127 - My plan to lose weight is to take long walks to blow off stress and get good cardio exercise every evening before dinner, eat the healthiest food possible except a little sweets or junk every so often like on special occasions, and do some crunches and pushups every evening before dinner, and take the weekends to eat what I want and take a break from exercise, set small goals and every time I acheive one of my goals I set another one and so on.....I hope to lose 20 pounds by Summer next year around May or June.....Every day I am going to post on here what I eat and how much I exercise and ask if I did okay and this site will hopefully help to motivate me. Well here was the rest of my day: Lunch: (we went out to a restaurant) salmon fillet, 2 small boiled potatoes, steam veggies (no butter, salt, or sauce on anything at all), water/Dinner: 2 small slices homemade wholewheat pizza (with broccoli and low fat meat on top), 2 Etenman's (sp?) butter cookies, some low fat Jell-o mold (homemade with regular Cool Whip.
