Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey all! Well I just came home from a sleepover at my pals house. Boy, she's such a great friend and all but she'd my weight or more and 5 5" and it really shows! PLus she just went to the doctor and her bad cholesterol was high and her good cholesterol was low! And anyway the food I ate there was so heavy. Blah! I'm so glad to be healthier! Food today: 1 slice lowfat french toast wuth a tad of mayple syrup, skim milk, and sliced banana/Snack: lowfat cereal bar/Lunch: ham and lean ham and loefat cheese sandwhich on whole grain bread, sugar free lowfat pudding/Snack: Healthy choice vegetable soup/Dinner: whole grain pasat with light soy meatballs, saladm stringbeans/Dessert: baked apple (just cinnamon, no sugar of aything like that!)/Exercise: I'm gonna try to sqeeze in like 20-30 min of cardio/strength traiing. Yesterday I went to this satate park which was huge and beuautiful and I walked uphill and downhill form like 1:00 to 6:30! I wasn't even really that tired! :0)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I am temporarily going on a high protein, lower carb diet. I am not getting enough protein because I am a vegetarian, and its weakened my immune system. For weight loss and health sake I am eating as much protein as possible in the next few weeks with a balance of fruits and veggies (for natural carbs) with some cardio. I've eaten some christmas cookies and they werent very fulfilling and I refuse to eat trans fats and corn syrup, so Christmas should be easy for me. Exercise during break will be difficult so i will prolly focus mostly on crunches, squats, etc.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 194 - tomorrow is my weigh day I hope I lost some more weight. This my lowest weight so far. I just hope I didn't gain any. I did total of 800 exercises Saturday night and Sunday night. Wish my luck. I hope im down to 192 or 193 then that wll be 9 or 10 pounds gone for the christmas challenge. Please tell me how your are doing for the christmas challenge

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 146 - ok, i have always been short for my age, and usually overweight. I need some dieting tips. i never have time to eat breakfast because i need to be at school so early. we have lunch, but its at like 1 pm, and we go home at like 3, and our food is really unhealth, so i just eat a yogurt, and weight to get home. so my first meal of the day is at like 6, which is dinner. i exercise like crazy, and it is working, so far i've lost 5 lbs in the past week, but that is and unhealthy weight drop. my friends are always yelling at me to eat more, and i tell them, but they all think that it's unhealthy, and i do too. in otherwords, i need some help for a healthy weight loss

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - heeyyy ok a while i posted saying that i like this guy that seems to go for skinny girls.. well... i went to a party that he was at and ohmybob i spent all night trying to make eye contact and everything and after i left my friend told him that i liked him ( i asked her to) and he said " oh really?i dont really know her well" ( it went something like that) is that a good reaction? besides all that stuff about not knowing me well.. i mean i plan to talk to him after skool now that i sort of kno him and he knows i like him.. and at least he wasnt like"EWWWW" but wat do you think bout it?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 212 - so my boyfriend and I's one year anniv. is coming up..and i think thats my motivation to lose weight.so i feel more comfortable and not always have to wear hoodies so i dont look so big.alot of people tell me i look like im thinning out,but i cant really tell.So I think after xmas im joining a weight loss group..and that worked before so hopefully it works again :] whats some good ways to get rid of that flab under your arm? I dont think ive worn a short sleeve shirt in front of anyone in the last 2 years because i HATE my arms thanks in advance :]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - hey guys. breakfast-a little bit of eggs. a little potatoes, and a little bacon and half of a blueberry muffin. lunch- soup. in between lunch& dinner-all the servings of vegetables in vegetable soup. dinner- 2 pop tarts. exercise- walked downtown. jogged up my block. walked back from downtown.
