Ht. 5'4", Wt. 156 - Is this a good goal 33 weeks(my sweet 16) to lose about 20pounds im not very good at loseing weight but i think i can do it what do you think do you have any tips too

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - I have a problem.. I started eating less at school now and all my friends keep calling my aneroxic which i'm not and none of them believe me. They keep telling me i don't need to loss weight and everything. But now I'm eating less I'm aneroxic what should I do HELP

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - woo 8 weeks holidays start today for me :D yay im so excted lol i cant wait to be back at school and be skinny :P im also worried because i sont have school all day so i might eat heaps more than i normally would :(

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - to eat so far today ive had : Breakfast- 2 weetbix w/milk and sugar , 1 piece of wholemeal toast w/butter and vegemite Snack- medium orange Lunch- salad sandwhich on wholemeal (carrot, cucumber, beetroot, tomato) dunno wat we're having for dinner yet... its so hot i can hardly move let alone exercise lol but i wil later when its less hot i might go to the gym of i might to the biggest winner cardio kickbox DVD mmmm

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - so i decided i need to eat more calories in the morning, because i eat 1500 calories a day, but most of those are at night. Thats perfectly healthy, but not now that I do track. So, do you guys this this was good for breakfast: A whole wheat wrap with 2 tbs peanut butter, 1 banana, and 1/2 cup milk to drink. It was about 310 calories. Is that good?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 156 - i have been doing bad all week what can i do get back to loseing weight i just am down to the last 20 and i want to be there by july 23 my 16th birthday. If you can tell me anything to get me to stop eating so much after school it would really make me hapllpy. Love you all and good luck hope you are doing better then me.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Food tofay: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat French toast w/ sugar fre syrup and strawberries, skim milk/Lunch: 2 lowfat meatballs and 1 very smal slice of plain cheese pizza/Snack: lowfat mixed berry graonla bar/Dinner: salald, brocli rabe, 6 (a serving) of boxed pierogi (3grams saturated fat total, no trans fats) with a dab of Organic Smart Balalnce spread, baked pera. No exercise today, I have a high school intervbiew tomorrow and will be work my butt of tryin to finish my project! And the reason I didin't eat that much for snacks today was becuase I wasn't hungry between meals. GO figure.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - yay i ate healthy today! I haven't had enough calories yet, but I'll eat more tonight and tomorrow add more to my earlier meals. But exercise today was good. Track was INTENSE. We did a short warmup (prob. about 1/2 mile).. then strides and plyos.. then a run (1.6 miles) that ended on a big hill. then we did hills (5) which are you jog down and sprint up. but i was to tired to sprint, so I jogged down and jogged a little faster up. and i walked a few steps the way down but nothing significant. then we took this really heavy ball and did throws with them to eachother. then we did 3 sets of 10 pushups. then we did stairs. going up and down is 1, and we did 7. then we did 7 more going up every other step.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - THANX FOR ALL THE ADVICE GIRLS!!! O.K. so i just got my period today, maybe thta could be the weiggjt gain?? Oh I won't make up excuses, but anyway I just wanted to share an aesome snacl idea with you all. First, cut up some cucumber sslices, carrots, etc. and pu t them in a small bowl. GEt an avacado and mash it up, adding abit of tomatoes and onions and maybe a dash of salt (of course in seperate plate) then take your veggies and dip them in and yummmy! They're so good! :0)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate today cuz it's helpful to me! Breakfast: cheerios & a frozen banana; Lunch: wrap w/ chicken, beans, rice, cheese, and lettuce & some carrots; Snack: apple; Dinner: cream of veggie soup, 3 crackers, 2 pickle spears, and a veggie wrap; Excercise: Not much, just some jumping jacks, cruntches, leg excercises, and hula hooping. I was so tired today and it was sooo cold! Pleeeeeeeassseee reply!! I like getting feedback with any tips you guys have!! Thanks!! =)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey every1. Heres what ive eaten today: BF - porridge with a small chopped up banana on it (250) LU- 2 mini rolls with lean ham on them and an apple (380) DI- omelette made with 2 eggs and a small amount of cheese and some oven baked chips (not sure how many cals probably about 700) ive also drunk 2l of water and 2 cups of green tea. for exercise ive done 30 mins of brisk walking (i usually do at least 30 mins of cycling but i was too tired today) and 300 situps. is this ok? plz comment! x

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Hey guys, sorry i couldnt get on for a few days. I hope you're all doing really well on your weight loss! Ugh i can't do it. I know i can but i just choose food over my self confidence, healthy etc. etc. I'm going to try and jump back on the bandwagon again tomorrow, instead of waiting til Monday to start my diet, i'm starting tomorrow. wish me luck!
