Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I am irritated. If I eat extremely healthy, I fail to exercise, but if I eat horribly I do like hours of cardio. I can't seem to be motivated to do both. I am truly serious about losing the weight and I am mad that it hasn't continued to come off. My goal is at least 140 by prom because I want to feel good in my own skin.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - alright so today was pretty good...for b-fast i had green tea and a banana...lunch half a turkey sandwich with carrots and flavored water...for din i had a salad and a yo-crunch yogurt for dessert. For exercise I ran 2 miles and went on the elliptical for 40 min...did i do good or did i do good? lol good luck everyone

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 212 - Hey all, I currently weigh 212 at 5"7. Recently i have been feeling really down because of my weight...when in the past it didnt bother me. Im having a real problem feeling happy about myself...its no wonder i dont feel healthy. I know x-mas is coming up and the holiday season is alway tempting BUT im ready to do this...im ready to get on a diet thats healthy and lose this weight once and for all. I was wondering if any of you can help me. My dream goal is to lose 62 pounds and be at a healthy weight of 150 by june 2007. I would really appreciate anyone who can give me exercise's that has worked for them...i dont only want to lose weight i want to tone my body in the process...i think thats very important. Is 62 pounds by june 2007 a realistic goal can it be done??...i plan on exercising at least 6 days a week for 2 1/2 hours. ps: if any of you needs a weight loss buddy im available. Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - OH and hey folks I probably won't post today's food ti tomorrow cuase I'm going to NYC (screams!!!) AND i GOTTA CATCH THE BUS BY 10:00 A.M. Anyway. I thought some people might want an update for inspiration. Well read the My Story I wrote and and well I was 5 4" and 184lbs. in Feb. 2006 nw it's December 2006 and I am 5 5" and 167 lbs! I want to loose 3 more lbs so I can say I'll have lost 20 lbs! (you know Valentine's day and dance asnd all are coming up!) ultimatly my docotr said I'd be great at 145-150 so I hope to be that by next year and by May (my graduation) I'd like to be 160 or so it would be aweosme! So in almost 1 year I lost 20lbs!! May not seem like much, but beleive me it is!!!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 149 - Hi guys! i have a problem.. i do want to lose weight because the senior's batch pictorial is coming ahead (on july 2007). that means i have a little over 7 months to do it. is 30 pounds or more a realistic goal? well, i am a college student and i do have a lot of school works and organizational activities. i sleep at like, 2 am and wake up at like 6 am.. and i go home at different times(depending on what came up at school-- sometimes 12:30 pm, 4 30 pm, 7 pm, or 10 pm).. do you guys suggest that i wake up extra early to exercise or just exercise for like an hour after i get home or when i have time? and yeah, who would like to be my weightloss buddy? yey! let's keep each other motivated!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 205 - Every thing is normal in boring old wisconsin Wen i was walking home i saw the B.K and felt supper supper hungry and i'm not supost to eat fast food ccause MOM.I feel fat wen i eat there but it's so so so so good.i saw some of my X friends blaying ball.then i was called fat boy and bra boy and all thows nams i usd to call people before i became overweight.
