Ht. 5'8", Wt. 225 - I need some feedback on this. For breakfast I usually eat toast with butter if not I eat a banana. For lunch I eat school lunches with usually comes wit meat, side, and fruit. Dinner it all depends.....=) For exercise I go to Taekwondo on Thursdays and satudays. Volleyball practice on monday and wednesday wit games on saturdays. Hip-hop classes are on tuesdays. In between all this I go on the trendmill. In taekwondo we lose 1 pound per class....tell me what I need to change and give me tips! I have a myspace, aim, yahoo, msn, and an email!! Im up for a penpal or weightloss buddy!! THX!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - My day: BF: oatmeal-160cals; glass of milk-90cals Lunch: fruit and yogurt-150cals; Dinner: salad-50cals; pudding 60 cals; grapes; 50 cals Exercise: 50 girly push ups; 200 crunches; 35 min on treadmill I plan on drinking another glass of milk. Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey. Well today was a weigh in day for me and im actually really disappointed cos it turns out iv gained weight! i was 160.8 last week nd now im 161.8. :( I did mess up my diet on Saturday but i wouldnt say i consumed enough cals to make a pound so i dont know whats happened. Ive been eating around 1400-1500 cals per day plus at least 30 mins exercise at least 5 days a week and i only drink water. Iv lost 6lbs so far but now im worried i wont be able to lose any more weight! Plz help!!!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - Food Today: Breakfast: 1 Serving total with skim milk Lunch: Turkey and Lettuce on a roll, an apple, and a 100 calorie pack. Snack: 100 calorie pack. Dinner: A macaroni and cheese lean cuisine and an apple Exercise: Track Practice: We did a mile warmup, Stadiums (where you run up the bleachers, take a couple steps straight foward and down the next row of stairs, then a few steps and up the next row and straight then down the next row.. then you go back to the ground and repeat. So we did 3 sets of three) then we threw a little bit and then did 2 sets of 15 pushups and crunches (50 to the middle and 40 to each side)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Today: Breakfast: Whole Wheat bagel with Light Cream Cheese and glass of orange juice Lunch: 2 100 calorie packs and these nutrigrain bars, 2 in a pack=190 calories. Snack: Smoothie(fat free yogurt blended with ice) Supper: Pasta with sauce and homemade garlic bread with cheese(bread butered with garlic butter and cheese on top) I know supper wasnt the greatest, but hopefully tomorrow will be better and im hoping to have either another smoothie or a couple apples later on, or maybe both :) What do you guys think? I need help with lunch thats for sure

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - MY dinner: a serving of tilapia ( a fish), stir fry, 2 smal slices of Italian bread with olive oil, and potatoes. Earlier, after the banana and pudding, I got really hungry so I had a serving of baked lowfat chips with salsa. :0) I didn't have time to exercise. Did I still pull it off??

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - ok today i had "high energy" food today and that was a 4oz. cookie and a snapple the snapple was 250 calories and the cookie was 100 only 350 calories is a good day to me

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 191 - Hey everyone! I've decided to not diet anymore as harshly. I'm just going to watch what I eat and not eat sweets. I'm doing fine so far. It's just a lifestyle change. And another reason my weight is a lil higher is b/c I have a lot of muscle. My calves are all muscle it's crazy and my legs are just bout the same. I was just wondering does anyone know any excercises that target your upper body such as your stomach??? If you could tell me any that would be great!! thank you!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'd like some feedback please! So it's the 2nd day of my "sexxi mission" (NOT DIET HEHE!) Breakfast: cheerios w/ milk & a banana; Lunch: grilled chicken asian salad from McDonald's; Snack: apple; Dinner: whole wheat rice & mixed vegetables & a cup of milk; And then Excercise: 40 minutes of "the FIRM" workout DVD; 10 minutes thigh workout from a magazine; and some cruntches, jumping jacks, and hula hooping. I''ve never eaten dinner before I post, so that's where I tend to slip off. zBrealfast: light cheese toast, low fat hot coca (New kind made with antioxidents) made with skim milk/SNack: whole grain fruit bar/Lunch: lowfat meatball sandwhich, fruit cup (I won't buy them anymore)/Snack: 1/2 banana and lowfta pudding/DInner; probably fish but possibly some lean chicken or smoething, some srot of veggie. I won t have time to exercise today but I'll try to do like 10-15 min of something!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - I havent really eaten good today so far. I had my blood drawn this morning so i was feeling light headed for hours. i ate oatmeal-130 cals and a yogurt-100cals for bf Then i went to sleep cuz of not feeling good so when i woke up i was starving so i ate a pudding -50cals, rice cake-50cals, and grapes-70cals, and add about 100 in there for my nibbling stuff out of the panntry.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Im really frustrated about how i ate today. Im sure i gained weight cuz i ate a lot of junk and i didnt even exercise. I just keep reminding myself that tomorrow is a new day. Hopefully ill get back on track tomorrow. Wish me luck:)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - The holidyas have been awful! I did aesome on THanksgicving. For the last six days I post my food, it all goes wellm then there are leftover pies and cokies and sweets, full of salt, sugar, heart-clogging fats and sugar!!! I messed up so bad. BUt today I though to myself: WHY?? I always feel better hwne I do healthy things mentally and physcially. I think it's just that it brings back kid memories, you know? NObody denies you when your're a kid, wen you might be a little twig and then bam! you get older, and you don't know how to eat healthily. It wasn't my parenys. it was me for not taking control of how much I ate. My top food challenges have been soda, second portions, and sweets. I've overcome a lot. but my doc says I still need to be 150lbs and feel so far away!!!! Can anyone relate??
