Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey does this sound good to y'all? Breakfast:banana. Lunch:black beans, fajita chicken, wild rice, lettuce (it was the insides of a burrito lol). Snack: pudding (100 cals). Dinner: chicken noodle soup and an apple. And i had about 10 cups of water today, and i'm about to go to the gym and do 2 miles on treadmill, 15 min. on bike, 1 mile on eliptical, 500 crunches, and work on the weight machines. What is the Christmas Challenge?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - HELLLLLO! Okay so i weighed myself today and I am offically at my highest ever..The end of the last year school I did homeschooling and I had lost almost 20 lbs. i was down to 195ish and now i'm up to 220..wow. I find it so hard to lose weight latley..I don't have my gym membership anymore.. When i stay with my mom all she has is sodas and junk food and is a great cook but usually makes foods with lots of fats and sugars.. I'm staying with my dad for this week and he just had a kidney transplant so he has to be careful of what he eats..no soda at all..lots of fruits and veggies..so i should do better here..but i dont have any excersize. he's here all day and it's small so not much i can do..and it's starting to get cold..i have my bike and i may start riding it someplaces but my town isnt that big so... i also ... Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey ok i'm starting my new plan today...could you guys tell me if you think this is good? breafkast-special k bar lunch - either turkey sandwhich on wheat bread or some kind of soup or sald dinner - either salmon, soup, salad, or tuna(is tuna good for you??) and i will drink at least 8 cups of water a day excercise: 2 miles on treadmill (walking and jogging), 15 min. on bike, 2 miles on eliptical, and 30 minutes of dance dance revolution oh and i will have like 2 snacks every day (fruit)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 172 - Hey today for lunch I had 1/2 of a fruit cup and not even 1/2 of a bag of Sunchips. I walked home from school 15 min walk. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - Yay! I lost 5 pounds! Today I ate 2 bites of toast for breakfast (I was in a hurry) for lunch I had a little less than 1/2 of my cheese quesadilla and 1% milk and an apple slice. for dinner I had a small protion of turkey with a tiny portion of mashed potatoes, milk, and gravy (less than 1/4 cup) and a salad after that for a snack i had an orange and a litte shredded turkey (they're small, my mom shredds it for thanksgiving lol)and i had milk. for exercise I did 225 ab lounge sit ups, 20 minutes on the gazzelle, and a few minutes running and doing jumping jacks. sorry this was long but how am i doing?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - I'm on this plateu still and I was wondering if I added something like 4 miles on the treadmill everyday, would that help? along with the eating right of course(which I now naturally do) Will this help shake things up and make me lose weight again? Also, is anyone here majoring in Nutrition/Dietitian once they graduatee High School? I'm thinking about it...but I'm balancing on that and Education (Elementary School teacher). What would you choose?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - Breakfast: A serving of total with lowfat milk. Lunch: Turkey and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap, green beans, and a 100 calorie pack. Snack: 100 calorie pack. So so far I didn't eat enough, so I need to figure out how im gonna do that because I'm not that hungry adn what i eat really fills me up because it has a lot of fiber and stuff. Also for dinner were getting takeout so im getting a calzone with chicken (not fried or anything) and vegetables. so i suppose its not that bad. and i'll have a smartones ice cream for dessert. and exercise: well it was my first day of track today, so 3/4 mile warmup, a total of 15 strides (which are run, then speed up to a sprint in the middle, then slow down for a little less than 100 meters) then we did 3 sets of 10 pushups. it was an easy day because it was the first day. plus we learned form for throwing and stuff. how'd i do?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food so far: Breakfast: lowfat highfiber waffle w.peanut butter, lowfat hot cocoa (the new kind with antioxidents) made with skim milk/Snack: whole grain bar thinng/Lunch: lowfat meatball sandwhich, lowfat pudding/Snack: apple, Amy's Organic spinach pizza pocket/Dinner: light 3 cheese lasanga (homemade), salad, string beans. I'll try to get in some more calcium/fruit if possible. I didin't really do any exercises becuase I had to get a CT scan and was in the docotr's for 2 hours. :0) BTW TERESA OR CLAIRE ON?? ALL OTHER RESPONSES WELCOME TOO!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Breakfast: 1/2 cup cream of wheat, 1 slice wheat toast, 8 oz. skim milk snack: 1 grab bag of BBQ baked lays lunch: turkey, 1 slice wheat bread, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, 1/3 cup green beans, diet dr. pepper snack: plain popcorn [about 2 cups] dinner: 4 small slices deer sausage, 1/2 cup baked beans, diet pepsi, 2 slices wheat bread. 30 min. walk, weight, 200 crunches I swear, we have no veggies in the house!! we're going grocery shopping in two days though, so i'm going to get alot more fruit and veggies in my diet!!

I had some candy the week of halloween but had none after, and I had thanksgiving dinner but a proper serving of lean turkey and steamed veggies (fruit for dessert), but the weight refuses to come off my fat ass!! why!? :( I used to be 186, I'm now 164 and I don't feel any more confidant. It's weird like I used to be a size 14 and now I'm an 11 but I don't see much of a difference, some days I think I look thinner than others and some days I feel HUGE, yet the scale has the same god damn number. I'm so angry at myself. Today for breakfast I had a 300 cal breakfast shake made w/ 1% milk, for lunch I had 2 instant oatmeal packets w/ raisins (400 cals) and for snack after school I had a baked vegetarian samosa (250 cals) for a total of 950 cals today.... I'm planning on having a 550 cal dinner which will put me @ 1500 total. This week I'm starting back in the gym ( i joined a study with the local hospital so I get a free gym membership and they get to see the effects of exercise on chubby kids, i feel like a guinea pig..) but whatevs I'm saving over 300$. Anywho, tuesday, thursday, saturday is weight/resistance training and wedenesday I'm taking 1 hour classes called "cardio sweat and stretch" so that will be my cardio. On days like today where I don't have a specified workout i'm eating 1500 cals and on days when I do workout I've been told to eat 1800 by my trainer. Let the inches come off. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - long posts r inda annoying so i split mine into 2. What i ate today: bf:oatmeal-130 cals, lunch:salad-50cals, and pudding cup-60cals, dinner:veggies-50cals, yogurt:100cals, part of an apple:25 cals, other(handful of frosted flakes, chip from katie @ lunch, stuff like that)-150 cals, moonpie-230cals So iprobably ate about 1000 cals today. Pretty good. Ive been trying really hard to comsume more. Ive jut gotten really good and eating a lot of low cal foods. Weird, i never thought i would have to try to eat MORE instead of LESS. lol Hope everyone has had a good day :)
