Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey how did i do today?: BF: cheerios with lowfat milk and an apple (220). Lunch: wholewheat sandwhich and a fat free yoghurt(260?). Snack: low fat cereal bar (85 cals)Dinner: porkchop with potatoes and carrots (900?) = 1465 cals, plus ive drunk 2litres of water and done 30 mins on exercise bike and 30 mins on the dance mat. Plz give feedback!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - I've lost some weight, but I think I really wanna get serious I'll have to use the *GASP* treadmill. I'm not that into running but I guess I should try. How much should I do a day? Does running help you lose weight?

Ht. ??, Wt. 270 - Dear Blubberbusters, I need so much help!!!! At the beginning of my freshman year of highschool i weighed 313lbs and now i am 270lbs and i hate it. I have a gym class with most freshmans so the girls who are skinny and really pretty tease me alot it ruins me. I hate it. I am really insecure already then here they come. I am really hurt and almost going crazy. I need help anyone help me.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 132 - Today wasn't good for weight loss :( I was sick and tried to eat stuff that would not make me..more sick
Breakfest: Nothing in a rush AGAIN.
Lunch: Water, French Fries, and hamburger buns -The burger looked really gross- (I reallly like french fries, but the school makes them themselves so they're not as bad as the fast food ones, I hope)
Snack: For foods class we had to do Apple Pie evaulation for my group, I made it myself, and it was really good :)!
Dinner: I had a feel better rice soup thing that my friend told me to make if I was sick, it's basically rice and sugar. But it works, and more water with that! :D
So, yeah, lacking a lot today. Not too good. We have no veggies here though which stinks.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Breakfast: 1 bite of an apple [it was yucky...i threw it away]
lunch: soft pretzel, mustard, diet green tea
dinner: 3 small slices homemade sourdough bread, 1 tbsp light mayo, mustard, 2 small slices deer meat,2 tsp's honey, about 12 oz. skim milk
no exercise yet. i'll go on the treamill for 30 minutes and do 200 crunches, might do weights today

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: reakfast 2 slices lowfat frozen french toast with sugar free syrup, strawberries/SNack: almond and chocolate snack bar (only 2.5 grams saturated fats, 0 trans fats)/Lunch" Healthy CHoice pot roast soup (some lean beff and veggies a lil bit of paotatoes), low sugar fruit cup/Snack: 1 cup baked pumpkin csarole (wuth a sprinkle of fat free permisan cheese, nothing more)/Dinner: Lean Cusin asian chicken and vegie dumplings with white rice and stir fry, pudding, glass of fat free milk/Exercise: my gym's teacher's crazy-fun high intensity drills and a game of dogeball for like 45min, I'm getting so much better in gym not like an allstar but I can do a lot more without running out of breath and I can run faster and do crunches a pushups now. How'd I do?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - thank god, even though i've aten bad last week from thanksgiving and parties and all, i only gained like a pound. breakfast- half a chocolate chip muffin. lunch-turkey and cheese sandwich with a multi grain berry organic granola bar with a capri sun and carrots. snack afer school-a cup of m&m's. dinner- whatevers cooked. exercise- walked home from school=half a mile about.

THanks for your advice! I know I chould've picles either bread OR potatoes, but I have ahorrible bread habit becuase my father is from Itlay and we eat a lot of good-for carbs and whole grain (neither one of my parents are overwweight) but Italian bread is white, I know. But I have to agree with Claire. I'm sorry but you need fuel ot move and keep your body going! I'm reading The Diet for Teenagers ONly and I tlaked ot my docotor. I should have 2-3 snacks a aday. TO answer you question Lindsey, we have a quick break between periods 2 and 3, about 15 min, so I always pick a healthy snakc to eat.

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - hey this was my day! i think it was pretty good but i dont know. breakfast: special K bar and cup of OJ. lunch: turkey sandwhich and grapes. Snack:100 cal pack of pudding. Dinner:vegetable soup and beets. Snack: an apple. now i'm going to work out for about 45 minutes.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 225 - I need some feedback on this. For breakfast I usually eat toast with butter if not I eat a banana. For lunch I eat school lunches with usually comes wit meat, side, and fruit. Dinner it all depends.....=) For exercise I go to Taekwondo on Thursdays and satudays. Volleyball practice on monday and wednesday wit games on saturdays. Hip-hop classes are on tuesdays. In between all this I go on the trendmill. In taekwondo we lose 1 pound per class....tell me what I need to change and give me tips! I have a myspace, aim, yahoo, msn, and an email!! Im up for a penpal or weightloss buddy!! THX!
