Ht. 6'6", Wt. 406 - Hi, I need help. I used to be an offensive lineman at my school's football team. I used to be tall and thin but I made myself eat so I got bigger and bigger. I played for a year but now I got so big I cant play anymore. I am really tall but how do I lose weight because I cant really exercise, im just too heavy. Please help

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 230 - I weigh so much it makes me want to die! I dont know any diets or any excersises cuz i expect ma mom to tell me that. Me and my mom are overweight and we are trying our best. Everytime Im bored I eat and I try to control myself but i cant. I am kind of stopping now cuz im learning how to control it but it keeps coming back to eat. I need some exercises cuz me and my friends usually play football wit each other but now since its getting colder everyone is staying inside and being lazy. I ahve a trendmill and so far I went on it a few times. I want to push myself to go on more but im always busy.
Monday and Wednesday=volleyball
Tuesday and Thursday=taekwondo (a form of martial arts)
Saturday=Volleyball Games
So in that case the only free days i have is some of each days so im always busy... (view more)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 185 - hey everyone it's been awhile since i've writtin about...2 weeks but i've lost 10 pounds!! i'm so excited. i did it but cutting my meals in half, and eating more fruit, and i also bought an exercise ball and i use it 3 times a day!! try it!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 115 - Hi, I'm not new here...I just haven't posted in a while. Anyway, as you can see, I've pretty much met my goal, but I've had to struggle with my eating disorders into order to get to it. I've had a problem with binge eating disorder...and I think it's coming back. My goal weight was actually 108 lbs, and I reached it, but I put on this weight in the last 3 months. I know i'm not overweight anymore, but I feel like I'm losing control. I'm scared that before I know it, it'll be 10 lbs, and then another, and then another. It's really hard for me to find support, because I'm not in the overweight category (I used to be though). Anyway, that's my intro...I'm going to start posting here to keep myself from going crazy. *KARIN*

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 198 - I think I pretty good today. Breafast cereal 110 cal with 1 cup of milk 120 cal. Lunch snack pak with one cookie and milk. For supper noodles and 3 servings of green beans and one helping of turkey gravy and water. for exercise lots of running. How did I do? and I didn't gain any weight over thanksgiving which is good

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 - Hey guys!! I'm not sure how I did, but I think I did alright. Here's what I ate today. Breakfast: Didn't have any [I woke up late]. Lunch : leftover turkey with green beans, 1 small slice of pumpikn pie with fat free cool whip. Snack : 2 cups plain popcorn, 2 handfuls dried cranberries, 2 small celery sticks with lowfat cream cheese. Dinner : green beans, turkey, 1 small slice pumpkin pie [no crust] with fat free cool whip and hot tea.
Exercise : walked on the treadmill for one hour, lifted weights, danced, did 200 crunches. i hope i did ok!! i might dance more later and do some more crunches.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 156 - Im having a really bad day as far as eating. Ive eaten so much today! Ugh. And then, i wanted to get on the computer and get my mind off of food but my mom told me no! So i was mad and had sereral handfuls of frosted flakes! Im so upset w/ myself. Oh well. Everything ive eaten today has been kinda healthy. I guess that counts for something. Oh, on the good side, i havent had soda in four days! Yeah. Im gonna go do some crunches.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 153 - Hey, people! Ugh, losing weight is so hard, but I a sport that helps you lose tons of weight,jump rope. It's tiring at first, but it helps build stamina and you lose tons of weight. And I know what I'm talking about. I'm on a pro jump rope team. It's also great for your heart, and it's something almost anyone can do. Although it's challenging at first, they more you practice the better you get. Ht. 5'8", Wt. 172 - Hey everyone. So far today I had homefries from Bob Evans and Eggs. I know it's not really that healthy but my mom like you need to eat it. I had a rasberry lemonde to drink. I know I could do better. Is a goal of 5lbs by December 12th a good goal?? I have lost 15 total since July 30th and now my weight loss has slowed down now. Ht. 5'8", Wt. 194 - Hey everyone! Hope ya'll had a great thanksgiving. I don't think I did to bad at all. I ate what I wanted but it wasen't much. Then today for breakfast I had a piece of pumpkin pie and for lunch im ordering a salad. So i'm doing aight I think. Hope ya'll are doing good too!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 - So...since I overate yesterday. I vowed that today would be workout day!! So, lots of working out to get me pumped and motivated. I've already walked an hour today, so I still have the rest of the day to do crunches, weights, etc. It's actually more fun than I thought it would be!!
