Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - yea. i didnt do so good today. but whatever. breakfast-hot chocolate with two pieces of toast. lunch-ham sandiwch with cheese and mayo. organic granola berry bar. carrots. water. snacks after school- popcorn. two cookies, and cheese balls. yeah snaks werent great. dinner-chicken, 2 perogies, green beans and coliflower. ill tyr to eat as many veggies as possible :] so yeah exercise- a game in gym. not much ill try and add in some ddr tonightt :]

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - Heyyy. I lost around 60 pounds 2 years ago and gained about 30 pounds back over the course of a year. Now, I'm at it again, trying to lose this weight, but this time, I'm determined to keep it off for good. I've been walking on the treadmill in the mornings for 30 minutes before school. I've been eating mostly vegetables and lean meats. I do 50 crunches a day andjust some exercises i've cut out of magazines. I also turn up my music and dance! it's so fun. Ht. 5'5", Wt. 220 - I have severe depression and anxiety and absolutely no self-esteem or motivation, with that being said i want to lose weight. Somehow i need motivation! I want to lose weight for my health, i don't want to have a heart attack. I weighed more than i do last year, but i lost the weight i did from a temporary eating disorder.. and i don't want that to have to happen again. I am 18 years old, 5'5" and around 220lbs, i really need help. People just say "eat healthy, exercize..." i know i need to do that, but i can never bring myself to, i can be motivated for a little while but then slowly it fades away and i become depressed again :-(. I'm finally ready to change my life, but i can't do it alone. Please help me...

Ht. 4'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today. Breakfast Cerael 120 cal. with water. For lunch a sandwhich with ham and manoyaise and water plus 4 chocolate chip cookies, water, and some oyster cookies, one cookie out of a hundred cal pak because it tasted old. For supper, noodles 1 and 1/2 servings, homemade soup it had potatoes,beef,onions,greenbeans, tomatojuice,peas, and water. For snack I 1/2 bottle of tea. Exercies 30 min of basketball a lot of running, 20 pushups,10 toe graps, 60 crunchs,60 one way crunch,30 left leg kicks, 30 right leg kicks,40 split pushups, 100 squats, and 100 plie squats. please Resond!!! How Did I do.

Ht. 4'2", Wt. 199 - I have lost 3 1/4 inchs off my stomach, 1/2 off my calves and 1/2 inchs off my waist, 1 3/4 off my hips, 2 1/2 inches off my arms, I have lost 8 1/2 inches this week not pounds. I don't get it on November 12 I weighed 198. Then today I weighed 201. Im not eating that much at night if I do I do like 60 extra crunchs and 20 extra pushups. Please pesond if you know what my problem is

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - Oh, geesh I'm here to confess my sins for today. Breakfast: English muffin with a lot of Peanut Butter. Lunch:Turkey sandwitch then After school:Bowl of taco salad, 2 cookies, a few hard cadies Dinner:Beef borrito with chips and salso and a glass of milk. Dessert:2 more cookies (There the big Ottis Spunkmire cookies= way not good for me) Well as you can see I messed up rayaly today and I didn't do so great the last few days either. Tomorrow I'm going to eat at my favorite restaurant. Thats going to be a disater. I need to shape up my eating if I ever want to lose 20 pounds. As you can see I do really good all day untill After School. The reason I fall apart is because I have nothing to do. I need help but I don't need anyone to tell me what I did wrong because I already know, but if anyone could give me some advice for what I can do after school to keep myself busy it would be a great help. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 193 - Ohk so wanna know what i ate today? you sure? ohk lets see. tastycakes for breakfast. blue candycane shortly after. not too long after a pretzel with cream chese and mustard. with diet wi;d cherry pepsi. hmm oh yeah... then i had a chicken wrap and french fries with another diet wild cherry pepsi. then.. i came home from school and i had some caramel rice cakes. some dr.pepper. and then i ate dinner and i had steak (rare) and shrimp fried rice with sprite. and then a glass of water. then i had some butter cookies. OHHHH and i had a bite out of my friends pb&fluff sandwhich... well the point it i want it to stop i have gained more then 10 lbs over the last 4 months... so i need help. you caN EMAIL me at thejox15@yahoo.com

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - How did I do? Tell me please! Breakfast: 3 cinnamon toast waffles w/ syrup & a mini orange juice; Lunch: A wrap w/ chicken, beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream & a milk; Snacks: 2 pickles, some banana chips, a handful of pops cereal, and hot chocolate with 3 big marshmallows. Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfast 2 whole grian fat free pancakes with 1 tb syrup and 1/2 banana, lowfat chocolate milk/Snack: South Beach Diet whole grain thin crisps/LUnch: ham and cheese sandwhich/Snack: apple and lowfat pudding, oat and honey granola bar/Dinner: veggie burger, veggie medley, roasted potato/Exercise: 40 min grueling gym session, complete with extra runnign drills, crunches, pushups, mountina climbers, etc. How did I do?

SO that's why I don't mind taking it slowly. I'm never going back to the way I used to eat. Period. MY current goal for Christmas is to be 165, and I hope to be 145=150 ultimatly (recommended by my doc). I started out in Feb. at 184 lbs. THe holildays were hell. I hated myself for not taking control. The funny thing was, I'd always eating pretty healthily, but I was misssing portion control, and eating too many sweets instead of freuits. GOtten real! Gotten smart! I read The Diet for Teenagers only and it saved my life!!! It's the best bok on the planet. It taught me everything I know about all the nutritionals an stuff. I now know what I should eat, how much, and about exercise. At times I feel dorwned by the thin people around me and the unhealthy body images and food ads, but you know what, I'm not meant to be skinny! MY family's NOT FAT, but I'm built larger arounf my hips and stuff. Like muscle,not fat, you know? PLus, I've seen that I eat alot better than some other people I know. So Alexis, read that book. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast-cinamon toast crunch cereal with a hot chocolate. lunch-a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and some kinda cheese and 4 small cookies..dinner- ?. snack-lean cuisine. exercise-some rubber band pyhsical therapy sort of workout in gym. lol, but i chose the hardest rubber band. and i did 15 push ups and 18 situps. ehh i couldve did better. but was it okay?
