Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - who is the idiot who invented cookies? Im exactly in love with cookies, but cookie dough; oh god just kill me now! I made cookies earlier, omg. Yeah, so in that i didnt do to good. But here is the rest of my day. Breakfast-banana 100, yogurt 100 Lunch salad 150 Snack go-gurt 80 and *thinking* is that really it? Exercise- 26 min on treadmill 100 crunches 50girly pushups and 100 juumping jacks I need to go eat dinner but the cookie dough gave me a tummy ache so i dont know what im gonna eat. I gained 2 punds yesterday, so hopefully ill be back down to 150lbs tomorrow. Good luck everyone :) Have a great week and a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 194 - I'll join the christmas challenge. Not sure how good I'll do but I'm doing alot better with dieting again. I'm back on track.. I had lost 60 pounds before now im back to lose my last 20 here. I think I ate pretty darn good today. Breakfast - 2 cherry poptarts, lunch - a perkins muffin, dinner - a perkins chicken bread bowl salad. So how did I do??? I also worked out on the treadmill today and burnt like 125 cals and did alot of walking today too. So how did i do? plz respond!! thanks everyone!! P.s I challenge myself to lose at least 5 pounds by christmas! Count me in!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207 - OK I have the best idea! If anyone needs to get motivated..what I did was I bought a brand new shirt that I really liked but just didnt fit me yet..So I wanted to wear it and I was motivated. And today I tried it on and guess what!!! IT FIT!! I am very very very happy! So there is a little tip! :_)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 165 - I finally broke my plateau!!! I was 164.5 this morning:) I'm sooo happy! I've lost a total of 22 pounds :D I still have another 20 to lose but I'm seeing a trainer and damn! i'm gettin' toned ;) today i didnt eat as great as i would have liked, i need to be sure that my weightloss doesnt go to my head, i dont ever want to be fat again. :(

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - I think I gained a little bit of weight, but I'm not sure. Oh well, it's a new week!
So, food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin, lowfat chocolate milk/Snack: South Beach Diet Cookies/Lunch: 1 slice leftover roasted eggplent pizza and lowfat pudding/Snack: leftover green veggie stir-fry Dinner: probably a veggie burger and potato and/or salad, baked apple, possible some sugar free Jell-o/Exercise: in school I had to help with some deliviers for our pie sale fundreaisers (my parents bought 3 fruit pies, one pumpkin, and one cheesecake, so at Thanksgiving I'll have a sliver of each) so we carried heavy boxers up and down the stairs for like 30-45 min, plus I jogged alittle to make it a workout! ***HOLIDAY TIP: Talk more at your parties than eat! And fill up some soup, salad, or veggies first. Stay away from soda and extra servings. Other than that if youy eat a bit of everything you should be good. If you exercise even 1-2 a week it will help.***

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - ugh, i got home and pigged out. idk why, maybe it was because i had french fries in culinary today and i thought i screwed up already.. but im usually not like that.. I came home and had a 100 calorie pack, diet cranberry juice, a handful of wheatthins, an almond joy, and a little peice of a gingerbread house (it had the cookie and frosting on it).. ew i feel so gross. theres always been a time where i fall off my diet and NEVER get back on. I can't let it happen again. Advice?

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today Breakfast 3 panakes with some syrup and water. For lunch I had 10 chicken Mcnuggets and a poptart. For supper bbg sandwhich. For snack 3 cookies and an Artic Rush from Dairy Queen. Exercise 60 crunchs, 10 bicycles, 30 two way crunch, 60 one way crunch, 30 right leg kicks, 30 left leg kicks, 200 both leg kicks, 10 toe grabs, 30 pushps, 30 split pushups, and 100 touch toes. How did I do. Im doing the Christmas challenge so please respond since no one has been responding to my post

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - I have dropped one dress size so far...I used to be a size 16 but now I am a size 14! Yeah! (And in GAP jeans I'm a szie 12.) Doing better today food wise...I managed to get back on track! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat high fiber organic breakfast cereal w/ skim milk, choppped banana, and later in the morning i had a glass of lowfat chocolate milk/Lunch/ DInner at resturant: we ordered a huge salad packed with good for-you veggies and only olive oil and vinegar as dressing, then I had 2 small slices of roasted eggplant pizza. My exercise today was shopping around in the HUGE mall for like 2 ours. :0) It's a new week!
