Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - This is a response to missy who in my last post asked me how i got down to 150. I used to weigh about 135. Then last summer we moved. Its getting really hard but i would like to weigh about 130. What i did to loose the weight i lost is that i cut out junk food. I love fruit, but i hate veggies; i made myself start eating veggies, cuz a lot of times ill eat a ton of fruit and no veggies. I am always thirsty, but instead of drinking soda (even if it was diet) and juice (i luv juice) i started drinking water and (though i hated it at first) tea. Also i am a "grazer." I would often walk into the pantry and grab a handful of cereal, or chips or something. I never realized how many cals i was actually eating. One handful of cereal isnt that many calories but two or three handfuls several times a day was adding up. Oh, also i used to sneak food. I hated it when my parents saw me eat cuz i felt so fat. So i would eat a small meal and then grab something to munch on in my room. Now i always tell someone what im eating. Its more for my own sake then to actually get permission. If there is any reason that i should feel timid about asking my mom if i can eat something then there is probably a reason i shouldnt eat it. It makes me think about what im eating and why. Ht. 4'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today. Breakfast 120 cal. and water. Lunch 2 devil eggs and noodles and fat free fig newton and water. For supper 12 barbegue wings, poptar, and whole bottle of water. Exercise walked 1 mile, 60 crunchs, 100 leg kicks, 20 left leg kicks, 20 right leg kicks, 40 one way crunch, 20 pushups, 50 touch toes, 100 squats, 100 plie squats, 20 split squats, and 15 two way crunch. How did I do

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - ok, i dont know how good i really did today,,but anyways, BREAKFAST: Whole Wheat Bagel With Light Cream Cheese, Lunch: 2 Packs Of The Thinsations And Bottle Of Crystal Light,SNACK: Whole Wheat Toast with Light Jam (20 cals for 1 tbsp), And Granola Bar Thing (190 for 2) Supper: Shrimp fried with spices, and canned potatoes P.S I know my lunch wasnt very good, im trying something tomorrow:) and supper probably could have been better, and the potatoes are lilke 80 cals for 1 cup and no fat. Comments/Tips? thanks :)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat swiss cheese melt, fryit cup, 1 cup chocolate milk/Snack: oat and honey granola bar/Lunch: smallf rozen burrito (1 gram of fat!!!!) that had beans, corn, and sliced veggies/Snack: lowfat pudding and apple/Dinner; grilled chicken, baked potato, mixed veggies. :0) How amd i doing? I decided to make Fri. and offical exercise day other than Wed. (when I have gym) and then hopefully when my parents go spinnign at the gym on some days.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 165 - brekafast-hot chocolate with a cereal bar that has 30% less sugar than normal. lunch-Chicken sandwich with a organic blueberry granola bar, a water bottle and carrots. snack after school-lean cusine. dinner-some ribs and teryaki noodles. exercise- dance for 2 hours and scooter hockey, it burns a lot of calories if you try hard :) does this sound goood?
