Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Lunch is pretty much my problem for food. i would take sandwhiches but they get warm when i go to eat them and then they taste gross. i was just thinking if i could like take a meal replacement drink for lunch and a 100 calorie pack for a while until i find something permanent for lunch. what do you guys think? and i would still try and eat breakfast in the morning

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Hey ok today was goodish not great but not bad. Breakfast- minibrand muffin milk 1/2 cup, lunch a mango snapple and 1/2 pizza pocket. dinner beef and noodles with a tortilla with suger free decafinated tea.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - Hey, everyone! I'm really excited -- I'm starting salsa dancing next week! It's going to be really fun and very good exercise, and hopefully I'll get serious about it because I already love what I've done with it (in a play). So, I recommend dance for a fun form of exercise that you can do with friends, and they don't even have to know that you're doing it for exercise as well as fun! :-) Enjoy, everyone! Make sure your workouts are fun and enjoyable -- the more you like it, the more you'll want to do it! :-D

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys when I was exercising today I invented the ten-minute move and groove challenege, since i was short on time with a lot of homework I did whatever i could in ten minutes. I did 20 kick-boxing kicks, 20 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, ten push-ups, some dance moves, 10 wieght lifting repitions, 10 stup-up crunches, and 2-3 minutes of jogging.

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 206 - another 2 pounds! so that 14 pounds! wow thats the best ive done in like forever. i want to be out of my 200's by my bday, dec. 7. im soooooooo happpppppppyyyyyy!! today ----- bf- breakfast cookie- 170 l- same- 170 s- apple sauce- 60 pb crackers. only 3- 100 d- cheese sandwhich- 150 banana- 100 hot chocolate- 50 good? imma start exercising tommorrow cuz i haven't. lol

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - hey everyone, I have officially lost 5 lbs. and I only have only 17 more to go to reach my goal weight. I have not deprived myself of anything but I do control my portions. I also workout for 1 1/2 hrs everyday. Good luck everyone

Food today: Breakfast pumpkin muffin w/ 2 tb. pumpkin butter, lowfat chcolate milk/SNack: SOuth Beach Diet Wheat Thins/Lunch: slice of roasted eggplant pizza, lowfat pudding/Snack: apple w/ pbs (if I get hungry before dinner I'll gave a fruit cup/DInner: pasta and tuna, salad, brcoli, possibly a potato/Exercise: like 10-15min, of SOME EXERCISE DVD! :0)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 180 - I wondering if you guys could give me tips and exercising ideas. I am totally comitted to losing weight I just need more exercise. I am going to take it slow but because of my genes it goes sorta faster and I'm worried that it isn't healthy. But then when I eat a BUNCH of carbs I gain. So I was wondering if it is healthy to eat lots of fruits and veggies, some meat and some carbs because you know everyone is different. Also I have a treadmill and a gazelle machine. I was thinking 10 mins running and 20 mins gazelle everyday along with lots and lots of water. I also love green tea because it's good for you and it clears skin very well. Also, would anyone like to be weightloss buddies because I really need someone to help me and i can motivate you too! :)
