Ht. ??, Wt. ?? - ok i didnt know where else to put this. im pretty upset. so i went to post and it said "this is only for overweight kids thanks for understanding" and wouldnt let me post. ok so if the calculator says im fine but the doctor says im overweight which one am i supposed to believe?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Im really frustrated cuz ive gained 2 pounds! Ive been sick the past few days so ive been sleeping a lot but i also havent been eating a lot and im eating good too. Ive started doing a bunch of crunches everyday, and i feel like my tummy is getting thinner, could i have gained muscle mass? At least for part of my weight gain? HELP!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 177 - Wow....I haven't been here in awhile. Well the new speech/debate season started and I have been losing weight again. It's probably because of the stress involved with competing though because I haven't lost any inches. I am no longer obese because I am under 180 for my height. I had awhile where I ate horrible (Halloween, brother's birthday) but I am starting to balance out my food a little more. I started doing these 10 minute workout things from exercise tv at night because I have so little free time to exercise now.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - ok, today i think was a bit better but anyways: BREAKFAST: 2 apples cause i didnt have enough time to make eggs, LUNCH: Jam Sandwhich & 100 calorie pack(Jam is like 20 cals for 1 tbsp, and bread was whole wheat), SUPPER: 2 apples and Kraft Dinner, only had a little bit of kraft dinner cause apples filled me up:) and at work on my break i had 2 100 calorie packs, and i snacked on a few foods i shouldnt have, but hopfully i'll do better tomorrow:) what do you guys think??

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfast: 2 whole grain fat free pancakes, 2 slices Candian bacon (lean "bacon" ham with like 1g of fat for 2 pieces), 1 cup lowfat chocolate milk/Snack: sugar free lowfat pudding/Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup, 2 slices bread and Smart Balance/Snack: apple and yogurt/Dinner: homemade whole grain lowfat pizza, salad, veggies. Execise: 30 min. strength traiing/cardio DVD how did I do? Yesterday my aunt broght home cookies...I couldn't stop myself I had 3 chocolate chip cookies. I'm sick of being fat and not taking care of myself! I need to get back in control!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 260 - Hey all. So I've been overweight for most of my adolescence, however, recently it's been really getting out of control. I was the fat chick for all four years in high school and I'll be damned if I'm gonna let that happen again in college. I'm totally unmotivated when it comes to exersizing and I get terrible cravings though, so I know losing weight will be really tough. I am an emotional eater, so i was really sad and i ate and ate and i gained over 30 pounds in one year (as opposed to my sister who was depressed and lost a bunch of weight). I weighed 170 pounds! My dad decided he was going to retire from the military and no one ws really happy in our new home so we moved back to were we had been living before. When we moved I lost ten pounds over the summer. I love fruit, but i hate veggies; i made myself start eating veggies, cuz a lot of times ill eat a ton of fruit and no veggies. I am always thirsty, but instead of drinking soda (even if it was diet) and juice (i luv juice) i started drinking water and (though i hated it at first) tea. Also i am a "grazer." I would often walk into the pantry and grab a handful of cereal, or chips or something. I never realized how many cals i was actually eating. One handful of cereal isnt that many calories but two or three handfuls several times a day was adding up. Oh, also i used to sneak food. I hated it when my parents saw me eat cuz i felt so fat. So i would eat a small meal and then grab something to munch on in my room. Now i always tell someone what im eating. Its more for my own sake then to actually get permission. If there is any reason that i should feel timid about asking my mom if i can eat something then there is probably a reason i shouldnt eat it. It makes me think about what im eating and why. Ht. 4'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today. Breakfast 120 cal. and water. Lunch 2 devil eggs and noodles and fat free fig newton and water. For supper 12 barbegue wings, poptar, and whole bottle of water. Exercise walked 1 mile, 60 crunchs, 100 leg kicks, 20 left leg kicks, 20 right leg kicks, 40 one way crunch, 20 pushups, 50 touch toes, 100 squats, 100 plie squats, 20 split squats, and 15 two way crunch. How did I do
