Ht. 5'7, Wt. was:186 now:165 - *sigh* I've had a tough week, I broke up with my boyfriend like a week ago and its been tough I won't go into why I did what I did I just really could use some motivation right now. I'm SOOOO stressed. School, friends, homework, basketball and losing weight just seems like too much lately its SO hard to care about how many calories youre eating when youre dealing with annoying teachers, gossipy girls, essays, and just trying to live life!! I'm getting really frustrated because my weightloss has s l o w e d down to like 1 lb every week and a half which is really slow! Gah! HELP!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - As I have said bfore, I take my weight loss in steps. My next challenge is to stop eating extra portions at meals. My problem is like, eating an extra slice of bread...a little bit more salald, a spoonful more pasta, you know. It all adds up! It's just a bad habit i need ot get over. After that, my goal is to exercise 30 tim a week for at least ten-thirty min. each day, depending on how uch time I have. I have different videos and stuff. So, who wants to join the challenge? Next week I'l post again to see if I've improved and maybe you could join in too. :0)

Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 130 - Ok so i have been on here before but never stuck with posting so i am going to start again. i lost 8 pounds before but gained 3 back so i have been maintaining a weight of 129 130ish for about a month. i have a cool motivation thing set up. if i can loose 20 pounds or however much it takes for me to feel comfy by january 5 i can get my belly button peirced! ok so today : breakfast- half a mini whole grain bagel with barely any cream cheese, lunch- salad with a little cheese and half a cookie, snack- turkey on whole grain bread, no condiments, dinner- salad with a little chicken and a cheese stick. i also had 4 gummi bears :) for exercise we di tae bo in PE. also does anyone know about T-Tapp? im starting that tonite.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - so my current goal is to lose 5lbs by November 28. However I am really busy and by the time i get home it is usually 6pm and then i have hmwk that takes up a good 2-3 hrs. Any advice on how to fit cardio in?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - i really need to loose weight..im not happy with my size and i have a risk for diabeties and everything..does anyone know any ways to help me loose weight quickly but safely? i need a good bit off (or to be fitter) by Christmas...please! im on my knees begging! anything will help! Ht. 5'7, Wt. 172 - I definetly need some more motivation to exercise. I'm fine with the eating, but i just need to get into exercise mode. I have ideas of what to do for exercise, but any ideas on how to get myself to do it?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Yeah I'm so happy I'm back to 167!! I think it could have been my period, or too much salt...but I'm not sure, it could have been weight gain too. Anyway, to Orcy thanks so much for replying ot be! My mom...she makes these awseom ORGANIC FAT FREE WHOLE GRAIN pancakes from a mix, so they're okay, and the cheese (I buy lowfta, fat free just tastes horrible!). Ham is always that 98% fat free kind, like the kind you can buy pre-sliced...you et the picture.:0) Food today: Breakfast 2 pancakes (don't wory, I told Mom it was time to shake my meals up!), 2 slices Canadian bacon, lowsuagrloefat highcalcium hot cocoa/Snack: honey and oat granola bar/Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, grapes/Snack: pear and yogurt/Dinner: I don't know...something full of veggies. exercise: 30 min of cardio/strength traiing video.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 96 - i haven't been on for ages but when i was last on i weighed around 260 but now i lost alot of weight i've go a tip for you guys firstly if you don't already at your shool have a exercise club suggest to your gym teacher. i spoke to my gym teacher about wanting to lose some weight a she was really nice about and said she would help me so before school at lunch and after school i would go to her and she would give me exercises to do, its been two years and i have lossed over 160lbs try my method it really works trust me
