Ht. 5'5, Wt. 185 - I found out a tip today: if u take ur fingers n wrap them around ur wrist and try to see wich fingers touch ur thumb n wich dont that can tell u if u have a large/meduim or small frame...if they dont touch u have a large frame. If they just touch u have a medium frame..if they overlap u have a small frame :) this can make a difference in ur weight..hope I helped.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 148lbs - Well the weight has shot up and I'm about 10 pounds away from being seriously over weight for my height so I'm going to start posting my day again. So today BREAKFAST: 1/2 a poppyseed muffin and a banana LUNCH: Turkey and mustard sandwitch on wheat bread with some pretzels SNACK: Apple w/ peanutbutter(1 tbls) DINNER: Lean Pocket, Steamed carrots(I had a LOT of them but no harm done) and a glass of fat free milk. EXERCISE: Running/jogging 5 miles and some of the simple things in PE. And of course I've drank a LOT of water. Also a quote was put on here yesterday that said "Chubby sitting on the couch or thin enough to sit on his lap" I keep thinking of this quote and it makes me in such good control of what I ate. This was the best day I've had in a long time because of that quote so thanks to who ever posted it.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - okay so I never really thought I was so overweight that my friends would start making comments. Just today at school we had a weekend practice and this girl who i lend my shirts to when she needs them starts making comments about me. All because I ask hey can i borrow a shirt for practice. She is about the same size as me and instead she say "uh no you would stretch them out" my friends got really pissed at her and started calling her names but I told them to stop and said fine just give me back the shirts I lent you. Was that the best way to handle the situation?
