Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - today i ran 9 miles, only because i felt so awful about how i ate. i ate horribly today. its actually quite embarassing no wonder im fat.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - ehh i didnt do too bad at the party i dont thinkk. i had 2 slices of pizza with one can of coke. and i had 3 TINY brownies. but also. i walked to my friends house. up town. to my other friends house. back into town. and back out of town. so trust me i must have walked over a mile today. with that i hope i didnt gain too much weight. how do you think i did?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - i was so bad today. i had been really good for almost two weeks then my mom bought pizza, and bought ice cream. you see the thing with dominos is one slice tastes good, but it never fills me up, so i keep eating and then the damn icecream was what nearly killed me. i have the worst addiction to strawberry icecream. my mother thinks the fact i'm on a diet is funny, and i should really just exercise. Good i hate that junk food tastes good!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 199! - I cant believe it!!! I went on a 14 day cruise on the carribean with my family and they had every thing you can imagine to eat. I decided not to diet so I ate everything and anything!!!I gained 26 pounds!!!!!!!!!! I dont know what to say. I look in the mirror and all the fat came into my belly, so when I bend over I cant see my ankles anymore!! I ate so much, why did I eat so much?? I should have realized that I would gain a ton. I look so discusting with all this fat on me, and everyone in school noticed how much fatter I am. Even my mom said how fat I got. She's like "Keisha, youve gotten really fat, I cant believe how fat youve gotten, you have to go on a diet" Im like I know!!! Sorry had to vent!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:167ish lbs - Have any of you ever gotten fitted for a dress before? In May I'd like to be close to my goal of 145lbs and I have to be fitted for a dress for my big graduation dinnr dance and another party. I'm nrevous about getting measured! Anyone have advice?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - heres a tip i read to distinguish having a craving and actually being hungry: pick a healthy food you like. if you want to eat, think about whether or not that food sounds appealing. if it does, go ahead and eat it. but if it doesn't, then obviously your just craving something that probably isn't good for you

Ht. 6'0, Wt. ---- - ok...will someone please explain to me what High Fructose corn syrup is and why it's unhealthy and if it affects weightloss or not...and also explain to me the difference in total,saturated,unsateurated and trans fats? and what to avoid and whats ok? please im confused...One more thing is yogurt,protein shakes,and protein bars considered processed foods?...im trying to avoid all unneccassary processed foods...Thanks!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - hmm. i think my grandpa just ordered some exercise thing that makes you lose weight fast after like 15 minutes of there exercises =D im happy. hah. anyways. breakfast-2 waffles with smart balance butter& sugar free syrup. lunch-chicken& light mayonasse sandwich? maybee. and later on i have a party so ill try and eat low. wish me luckk. bye !

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. Breakfast ceral 110 cal 1 cup of milk 120. Lunch I had fat free pudding water payday snack pak with ham crackers and cheese. For supper Chicken Mcnuggets and powerade. Exersices basketball and jump roope except i didn't jump. Plus later on i'll do 456 exercises. How I do

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 167ish lbs - A heads up to those of who are digging artificial sweetners and banning sugar...well, neither one is actually very healthy for you. I recommend this 100% organic, all-natural, calorie free sweetner called Stervia Extract. It can be found in mot health food store and'lll taste like SPlena and everything else out there! It's a smart move, and the extra effort will e worth it, believe me. :0)
