Ht. 5'6", Wt. U dun wanna know - For breakfast I had a bowl of lucky charms with milk but I didn't eat lunch. I was thinking of just having a grilled chicken asian salad from McDonald's for dinner and that's it. I'm going to go on a walk and play volleyball today, and probably do some cruntches and jog a little. How does that sound? I'm so sick of trying and trying again to reach my goal. I want to get there.

Good News is, I found a way to lose weight without having to change much. One way, if your in a challenging high school like me, food is probally the last thing on your mind, so instead of going straight home, go to the library and do your homework there, and clubs are great too. Doing something you love is going to get your mind off food, and more on having fun. DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST! If you do, all you think aboiut is your hunger, and you over-eat at lunch! Find a route that will leave you about 3-4 blocks away freom the school. I take the train everyday, and I live in the city, so walking is in my day, everyday! Want fast food, get a fast food salad with grilled chicken. Trust me, I tried it once, and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM!!! They are extremely good. Talk to a friend in helping you along the way! Speak to your guidence cousnler, sometimes you get things off your chest better with a stranger than someone close to you. Do your nails, greasy food will only mess them up, so you won't want to do that! Participate in gym, and if your high school has more gym programs, sign up for one you like, Yoga for example. It's not much strain, and yoga burns a lot more caleries, even you you can't fully do the moves, only because it's all breathing, and it gets your mind of food and relaxes your body ALL AT ONCE!!! Ht. 5 ft. 5in., Wt. 166.6lbs - HEy everyone! Udapte and advice! You should talk to your doctor to see how much you should weigh! On this site it said I should be in the 130s but my doc knows my parents and knows I’m meant to be larger and healthy, not thin and healthy! So anyhow, thanks for the support! I hope to loose 5lbs by Christmas (My weight comes off slowly) so I can say I lost over 20lbs. In Feb. I was 184 lbs. so in 9 months I lost 20lbs which means I lost about 2lbs per month. By May I’d like to be 145, so I still have about 7 months to loose 20 lbs. which means I need to loose 3lbs a month. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - today's meals-breakfast:breakfast bar& one cup of skim milk=210 calories. lunch-yoCRUNCH yogurt with a bottle of water=210 calories. after school snack-lean cuisine=160 calories with a cup of skim milk=80 calories.. dinner- some lasagna=200 calories. with a cup of skim milk=80 calories. excercise-field hockey game for a half hour. was this goos for today?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - volleyball season has ended, so now i can actually start a serious workout plan. i working towards 2lbs per week, and hopefully by january i will be 135 lbs. i really don't want to be skinny skinny, then i won't look good in dresses, anyone know what i mean? anyways i'm starting the mediterranean diet, to keep my heart healthy and to lose weight. wish me luck!
