Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-chocolate muffin =/ lunch-ham sandwich with light mayonasse on whole grain bread w/ a water bottle and a organic fruity granola bar. snack after school= popcorn. dinner-alfredo. exercise-jog for 5 minutes. stretched for 10 minutes. football. dance for 2 hours.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - i have lost 15 pounds in the past month. it comes off slowly. to stop my cravings i had fruit for breakfast and low calorie meals. if i was hungry then i would have fruit as a snack. i have been drinking loads of water and went out for walks to the stores to get fruit for the next day. god luck everyone

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - Why is it so hard to stick to or start a weight loss plan? I mean I stick to diet and exercise plan, and then I kind of lose motivation. Anyone have any good tips on how to stick to their weight loss regime? I could really use some advice. My birthday is coming up in 4 weeks and I will like to lose at least 6 lbs by then.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - what are you guys planning on doing to avoid eating to much on halloween? I'm not trick or treating, but i'm going to a halloween party and i need some tips. I'm thinking about making caramel apples so i'll have something there thats sweet, but its not like its huge and fatty because i won't use tons of caramel. sound good

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - week three starts tomorrow forr my diet =] kk. breakfast-eggs. lunch- grilled chicken w/ mayonasse sandwich. snack-2 oreos. 2 chocolate tiny chip cookies. sorry couldnt help myself =] dinner- shrimp and noodles. snack- chocolate milk& popcorn. exercise- LOTS OF CARDIO. about a total of an hour of dancing and i jogged around a track once. ehh i know i couldve did better. but hey, im gunna get serious again lol. my weekend was full of parties so, you cant blame me. lol. ill start getting more fruitylicious again tomorrow =] lol

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today breakfast ceral and milk. Lucnh some french fries and chicken mcnugets. Supper chicken with tea and a banana. Snack 2 100 cal chocolate pudding plus it was fat free. Exercise playing hide and go seek for 30 min lots of running and cardio. How I do.

Ht. 6'2, Wt. SW:226 CW:211 - Question to the girls: How much weight on average do you tend to put on in water just before/during your period? Or do you not? Cause i'm not sure if the slight fluctuation in the scale is due to pre-period or whether I need to restrict further. Thanks for you input!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - AHHH!! I am sick of going between 177-182. It is driving me crazy! I eat balanced, organic vegetarian foods so I know thats not my problem. Unless maybe I need more protein. I guess I'll go back to a protein shake at dinner. I definatly need to increase my cardio though. That is my goal from now on. I am gonna do more cardio for a full 30 minutes, do my usual walking for 30 minutes and my 20 minutes of weight lifting. This is getting on my last nerve....

Dinner chicken banana and grapes with a powerade. Exercise walking at walmart burlington coat factory and sam's all together like 3 hours of walking. How I do.
