Ht. 5'5", Wt. u dun wanna know - I feel like a porker....what do u think? Breakfast: 2 toaster waffles w/ BUTTER, bowl of berries; Lunch: tortilla wrap w/ beans, rice, beef, lettuce, cheese, and SOUR CREAM, a carton of chocolate milk, and a banana; And I will probably have a snack and then dinner still....I feel like I ate unhealthy....any tips?????????

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - Ok well I see a lot of posts with some odd replys so I think I will put this up to try and help everyone. For one you NEED bread, dairy, fruits, veggies, protine, Iron, patassium, Vitamine A and C And D, sugar, salt, ect ect ect!! You need some of all the nutrients that food has to offer. Thats why diets like Adkins, Cabage diet, all fruits, no bread, special K, they don't work!! Of course you will drop weight fast but are you seriously going to eat no bread or only fruit for the rest of your life?? If you do eat no bread or only veggies are you going to feel how you should feel?? Be able to preform at your best?? The answer is NO. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - i need to vent! today was quite humiliating. normally i'm a down to earth w/e chick, but honestly my cousin is pissing me off!!! she happens to be a 120 lb 5'5 17 year old, who has a mob of guy friends. Normally i would be the one people ignored, since my cousin likes to blab quite loudly. but today the guy she was "interested" in happens to talk to me, and she flips. and when he left, she says "he was only paying attention to her cuz he felt bad for her" I mean ok, so what if for the past 6 years i have been bigger than her, she doesn't need to rub it in, and "pity" me in front of people. her new nickname for me happens to be chubby, oh how original, honestly for a so called perfect child couldn't she come up with a few intelligent insults.
well thanks for letting me vent, i really was in a sour mood today.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. u dun wanna know - heyyyy peoples. what excercise should I do today and how much? I don't have any gym equipment or like a gym membership but I have a hula hoop and 2 5 pound weights haha. I could jog or walk or what eva, I dunno. What do u think? My volleyball season just ended yesterday. =(

Ht. 5 ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:166.6 G:145 - Food today: Breakfast: cheese toast, sugar free lowfat hot choc., nonfat yogurt/Snack: Ritz snack mix (the one w/ pretzels and stuff)/Lunch: turkey and cheese snadwhich, fat free 100 cal. puding/Snack: non fat yogurt, cup of fat free fench onion soup with 100 cal pack of goldfish instead of bread/DInner: Healthy Choice chicken, potato, and vegie medley dinner w/ cherry cobbler. other veggie medley. I know I have to get back on track with the fruits and veggies and stuff, but I think of loosing weight as winning small battles...like not drinking soda, then not eating candy...then, pretty soon, you'll be in good shape! P.S Exercise- 30 min. of intense cardio workout dvd with stength training. How am I doing?

lunch I had a lean cusine some chips fig newton and water. For supper i had some chilli and cottage and applesauce with water. How I do?? Im going to do my cardio and i played vollyball for today also

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - My view on what he wrote is: candy doesnt have that many calories depending on what you get. King sized candy bar 250+ calories a tootsie pop sucker 35 calories so you could have 1 or 2 and have something sweat to eat.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - so i just wanted to mention this, because it seems liek you guys think you can never have dessert or junk food. personally, i can't survive without it and if i skipped it, i'd just binge. its perfectly ok to let yourself have a little something every night (or if you feel better, every other night).. its calories that matter, not what you eat, so if you save yourself 150 calories then go ahead and have something.. plus, i tell my self if i eat junk food during the day i can't have my dessert at nighjt (which i always look foward to) so it prevents me from snacking more. thats my tip =) haha good luck everyone.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - so now ive made a descision on my GOAL weight. my goal weight is 120 pounds. thats 40 pounds lighter than what i am but so far my highest weight has been 168, and my weight now is 160. honestly im not gunna wanna run and walk for excercising, so what about jumping in place for 15 minutes or playing some ddr? would that help make me lose weight?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. U dun wanna know - I have a problem with Halloween. Me and a bunch of my friends are going trick or treating and we will go to a lot of houses. So that means I will get lots of candy!!! YUM!! But I don't wanna gain weight......Ohhh noooo... :( This is off subject but today there was a planned fire drill but then there was actually a real fire at our school...isn't that weird????

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - so yeah today i am sick so this is what i had- breakfast-nothing. lunch-half a subway sandwich that was 260 calories w/ some popcorn& 4 glasses of water& some campbells' chicken noodle soup. snack- 2 scoops of ice cream. i know im bad i ate junk food but today was the first time i had bread sincelast week so, im still going back on a no bread all healthy diet. plus ill try and add in some ddr. or dancing in my room or hopping in place for a half hour. i know im sick yet i have energy its just me =] i know today was a little abd but was it THAT bad?
