Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - I really have been doing bad these past few days. I have really only started my diet and since volleyball is done my exercise has been going nowhere. I seriously binged these past few days I mean i wasn't hungry but I seriously just ate! Does anyone have any tips on how to start a fitness and diet plan. Ht. 5'5", Wt. u dun wanna know - do u think 14 is too old for trick-or-treating? I am going tonight! I will not eat too much candy though I'm going to eat like one peice every now and then so that it will be alright. Are you guys going trick-or-treating? I'm so exited! Trick-or-treating is like more fun than actually eating the candy seriously. Walking around with your friends wearing costumes how fun!!! :)

Im looking for a buddy who needs to lose 50 or more pounds. I just got into this wellness center and Monday I am to satrt the HMR program for 12 weeks, and the average weightloss is 65 pounds for the 12 weeks. Its not a gimmick, it includes exercising and the more you exercise the more you lose.-But you can only eat/drink these special shakes and you are allowed 2 of these little meals that they have, a day. Its only for people who has to lose 50 or more. It costs alot of money, Over $10,000. But Thank God Me or my family doesn't have to pay for it!!! and also you get schooled once a week on how to eat right and all that good stuff. Ht. 6'2, Wt. 215 - Food today! B-(didn't finish all the cereal.) 1 cup organic ricecrispies with 1/2 cup milk and a banana. S-balance bar. L-3 pieces sushi with 1 tbsp soy sauce, light fat free peach yogurt, 2 cups blue gatorade, two milano cookies. D-two cups salad and a potabelo and swiss sandwhich on rhye, two milano cookies, 1 cup red gatorade, 3 cups dr. pepper (bad, bad,bad). exercise- 2 hour varsity basketball practice, 1 hr tap class, ran 2 miles and 8:30 pace after practice.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - i had a halloween party today, well kind of early but my "class" if you can call it a class, went to the hospital and gave out goodies to the patients. kind of a reverse halloween. Anyways i really screwed up on my lets eat healthy plan, cuz damn can some of those people can bake. there was cookies, brownies, and cake, and i mean seriously i hit heaven cuz the food was that good...oh well at least i won't be going to parties for awhile,and can start up again tomorrow. damn my weak mentality

Breakfast- 1 egg and cheese omelette. Lunch- peanut butter sandwich on 5 grainbred, goldfish, and like 2 nutterbutters. Snack- Icecream : ( baddd Dinner- pasta and grapes

S: 184 N:167ish lbs - Breakfast: 1/2 pumpin muffin, fruit cup, no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: Goldfish pouch, 1/4 cup 100% unsweetened unsalted peacan halves/Lunch: Healthy CHoice chicken alfredo (includes veggie medley and cheery crisp)/Snack: bowl of veggie soup, half a whole wheat role w/ Smart Balalnce/Dinner: sauted ham and roasted potatoes, salad, broccoli/Dessert: (if I have it) yogurt whip, 1/2 cup of lowfat ice cream, or square of dark chocolate./Exercise: 10 min of intense cardio/ strength trainng abs wotrkoud dvd, 10 weight lifts. How did I do?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - i have lost 15 pounds in the past month. it comes off slowly. to stop my cravings i had fruit for breakfast and low calorie meals. if i was hungry then i would have fruit as a snack. i have been drinking loads of water and went out for walks to the stores to get fruit for the next day. god luck everyone
