Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-apple w/ a breakfast bar& a glass of skim milk. lunch-apple w/ a yogurt& water. dinner idk? snack after school- lean cuisine sound okay? excercise- walking. gym. more info later. i'm gunna try a new thing where i don't eat after five. i heard the first week you lose 10 pounds and the rest you lose 5. i think thats pretty sweet =]

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - hi everyone! keep up the good work at losing weight, but i have a favor, please keep rude comments to yourselves. I know i only recently joined, but in the past two weeks i have seen posts that upset me. one of the messengers did apologize, but apparently there is another. I came to this site for support as well as many other people. it is rude and insulting to make remarks that hurt people, not to mention disgusting. sorry for posting this on the bulletin i'm not sure where else i can post this message.

Ht. 5"6, Wt. 185lbs - ive had a really bad week emotionally but ive still don 30-60 mins of exercise every day :) today B-2 weet-bix with milk, L- chicken and salad sandwhich, s- kiwi fruit and low fat strawberry mousse, D- chicken kabab with lettice, tomaato, oinon ... exercise- 20 mins on treademill , 20 mins on bike and i walked to the gym and back and it takes 15 mins so thats another 30 mins aaaaannd i walked home form school - 15 mins. mmmm

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 167ish lbs - Sorry food today: Breakfast: 2 whole grain fat free pancakes with tad of Smart Balance, banana, 2 slices lowfat Canadian bacon (lean ham), no sugar added hot cocoa/LUnch: **We went on a foodtrip and ate at a foodcourt...not many healthy options. I was sick of salads and I was scared that the "veggie burgers" were loaded with unmentionables! SO I decided to get Chinese, chicken w/ brocoli and rice.** I"m sure it was partially fried and loaded with salt, but I did my best. PLus I only had water. No soda! Snack: 2 whole wheat gram crackers and pudding/Exercise: 10 min. intense cardio/strength trainnig for abs workout, plus I'll be dancing all night at he Halloween Dance! /Dnner: Healthy Choice grilled turkerybreast dinner (includes peaches, roast sweet potatoes, and veggies. How am I doing??

Ht. 6', Wt. 211 - What do you gys think about my food today? I know some of it was bad. B-Water L-1/2 cup onion sunchips, 1 hotdog on wheat bun, 2 cups orange gatorade.S-two small cookies and a slice of cheese. D-2 cups romain, 2 tbsp light caesar salad dressing, 2 tbsp cheddar, 1/2 cup sliced grilled chicked. E- 1 hour tap class, 2 hour varsity basketball practice, ran 1 mile after practice in 8:36. What can I improve on?

Breakfast- Juice and yogurt (200 cals) Snack- Grapes and diet mt dew(??? cals) Lunch- Healthy Choice(300 cals) and for dinner im not quiet sure yet...right now i am planning on taking my dog for a walk...even though it is FREEZING. Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - Hey guys! I lost another 4 pounds this week! I've been exercising atleast an hour every day (playing basketball for the school team so we have 4 practices and 2 games a week!)anywho...I was 186 at 5'6 when I first started, and I'm not 165 at 5'7 :D I'm so proud of my success!!!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - Today I had ceral with milk. lunch I had chips and 2 bits of a lean cusine that was awful and water some cookies which was low in calories. For supper I had an salad and pizza from monicles with water.plus basketball and more basketball. And cardio. How Good did I do.
