Ht. 5'5, Wt. 198.2 - I just feel like crying all i can do is eat i even eat in the middle of the night, when i get bored, i even bring bags of food to school, does anyone have any tips on how i can stop eating sooo much and how to lose weight fast but healthy and which are better sit up or crunches ♥ thanks bunches homies i really appreiciatate it my dogs my loves i adore yall so much yall may be my only friends a special thanls to kayla and ashley and everyone else on here!!!!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 275 - every one is talking about nutrisystem its suppoed tobe working amazing when they send u the food the bad news is its cost 300 dollars a mouth the riceu have to pay to be skinny ? Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - Today I tried on one of my tank tops on the last time I tried it on it was so tight I could hardly get it off. So I tried it on today and it fits perfectly. Im so proud of my self. This is what I had to do. For breakfast I had a hot pocket and water. For lunch I had Lean Cuisne Steak Tips and some chips but gave like half of the bag to my friend and water.For supper I had chicken and noodles and Green Beans and water. How did I do today??

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Food today: Brunch: 2 whole grain waffles w/ 2 tbsp. mayple syrup, banana, 2 slices Canadian bacon/Snack: Kashi pumpkin flax bar, 1 VERY smal chocolate chip cookie, like one of those mini storebought ones(I was touring a school and starving and all they had was junk)/Dinner: cornish hen, squash, pumpkni, bread, baked apple/Exercise: walking around a REALLY BIG campus and walking up and down abig hill to get there. How;d I do, minus that wretched cookie? ;0)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - hey guys.. i found something to keep me motivated, well my costume for halloween makes me look fat so thats why im goin on a diet. lol. im doing those kelloggs programs to help you move like 2 jean sizes each 2 weeks. it'll be greatt. NO JUNK FOOD FOR ME =] waterrrwaterrrwaterr and 2 glasses of skim milk =] thats my motto. hah.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 169 - It's been awhile since I last posted... I've been really busy with my boyfriend and school and life in general ugh... It's sunday, I have school tomorrow and I don't feel rested at all! I've been playing sooo much basketball lately I've had 4 games since monday! I'm totally toned;D It's awesome now that I'm down 20 pounds from my original weight you can actually see muscle definition in my stomach, thighs and arms where as before I only had it in my calfs. I'm loving life :) My boyfriend used to be fat when he was little but hes in amazing shape now, he really helps me stick to my plan and supports me through every minute:) He's a basketball freak like me so we play together a lot.. Hope you all are doing well:)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 140 - Well for the first time in like forever, I'm finally comfortable with my body. I know its pretty shallow that I'm only comfortable now that I've lost all this weight, but I just love myself now. I know there are some things I really can't control (like my totally curvacious butt and thighs) but I really love where I am right now. I went from the girl who ruined all these sport teams standings to the girl that got recruited for all the sports teams in the school, including Cross Country!!! I can only hope that I won't gain all my weight back and even if I somehow do, that I will still love my body as much as I do now. Good luck to all of you and happy dieting!!!!!!!

lunch:1/2 of a turkey sandwhich, a orange, 1 glass of apple juice

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - "how hard would it be to stop an adiction so Achahol if you had to have a little of it every day?? Maybe thats why it's so hard to stop being adicted to food, because you have to have a little of the "drug" every day or you will die??" I know most people have heard somethink along those lines but it's a hard thing to face it's an adiction but how do you stop and adiction that you still have to have some of the drug every day?? WTF??
