Ht. 5'7, Wt. : ) - Okay here's a little tip from yours truly. I really really mean this because this is happening to me right now. DON'T GO OFF YOUR DIET FOR ONE DAY AND THEN FIGURE YOU'LL GET BACK ON LATER!!! Basically you won't get back on later. I went off my diet for one day last week and haven't gotten back on it. Believe me, it's difficult! I'm determined to do it tomorrow, but don't let all those months of weight loss go to waste because you wanted a day off. Hope this helps yall!!!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Hey, dudes! OKay..so I got my monthly today...so I COULDN"T stop myself from eating 2 handfuls of chips, a a Jell-O CHeescake pudding snack, and 2 pieces of bread w/olive oil. BUt other than that...Breakfast: 2 lowfat pancakes, 2 slices Canadian bacon (very lean ham)/SNack: pretzel pouch/Lunch: homemade chicken soup (chock full of veggies, no salt added and very lean chicken), plus 2 cups of sphagetti sqwuash mixed with stewed tomatoes and a touch of Parmasean cheese/Dinner: 1 fillet salmon w/ steamed veggies, 1 potato, Weight Watchers dessert. How did I do?? ANY COMMENTS ONF FOOD? :0)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - Okay so I only eat about 1000 calories a day..is this bad? If it is, well I don't really want to eat more because I have been on a platuea for so long and I can't lose weight. What do I do?

Ht. 5.6, Wt. s-204lb c- 189lb - hey!!! i joined the gym and went for my first time today :D i did 20mins on the treadmill (high intensity) and 20 mins on the cross trainer ( high intensity) :P im so happy lol and food so far today i had for brekky - 3 weet-bix with sugar ( i kno sugar!) and lunch i had a ham and salad sandwhich ( tomato, carrot, cucmber, beetroot)....so wat ya think?? and my 2 weeks holidays r over starting moday which means back 2 school :( boooo o well i only got 8 weeks then i get 2 months hols :D wooo... sorry im a tad excited

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 202 - My mom measured my agin it's been 2 weeks total since the first time she measured me I have lost 14 and 1/4 inches lost. I probly would have lost more because I just ate. Hopefully by next month I can lose up to 40 inches wish me luck.IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW IM DOING IT. WELL THIS IS WHAT IM DOING IM DOING 60 SITUPS, 30 PUSHUPS, 50 SQUATS,30 PLIE SQUATS AND OTHER THINGS.IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE EXERCISES LET ME KNOW PLEASE

Ht. 5'1", Wt. Was 205, Am 170 - I haven't posted here in a while, but I figured I'd check in and say hi to everyone. I'm doing really well, I've lost 35 pounds. I thought that college was going to kill my weight loss dreams because I'd have to eat dining hall food, but it turns out, college has been awesome for me. I have to walk everywhere which is good, and the gym here is great. The food's not as unhealthy as I thought either and there's a lot to choose from so as long as I choose healthy things, I'm good. I have about 50 pounds left to lose until I reach my goal, but I know I can do it. Hope you guys are all doing awesome! 3Samantha

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 195 - HI Again. my name is jordan and this my second day. there is a program called the family c.a.t.c.h. this program says you sould try to get 1700 to 1800 calories plus at least 1 hour of exersize. If you do this daily you sould lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week, which is a healty amount each week. Plese respond if this works for you. thanks
