Ht. 5'6, Wt. 153 - every one remeber... it takes 2 days after you eat somthing before you can see the damage. not directly after.so dont be discouraged. and as soon as you are done binging dont go weight your self cuz u will get sad and do it more. when youll actually be heavier then you thought!!!!!!

Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - I am so disappointed in myself... When I first went back 2 school 4 senior year I felt so overjoyed because my new uniform skirt was smaller than the ones before and Now It has been four weeks... I dont kno if i was just having a bad weekend but from Thursday everyone has been highlighting my weight... I did very well this summer but the stress from school has just gotten 2 me. I am so angry I just feel like giving up... but this weekend I buried my 24 year old cousin and I loved him so much because he always motivated people. So I decided that I am going to live life 2 the fullest and live and stay healthy so that I can stay alive for as long as I can... but I feel so hopeless because I feel that I have the heavy burden of being the motivator of the family now... OMG I dont feel that I can be a motivator if Im not motivated... an I think im gonna be the first of the cousins to go to college or has plans to... n Im the youngest of all... omg!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - well i live in a small town and we went to portland yesterday. and we ate mcdonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner i gained back 3 1/2 pounds from eating all that nasty crap.:(

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - good good good news i bought size 12 pants in august and they were so big that they FELL off praticly so me and my mom went shopping today im in a medium shirt and my pants are a 10 (well size 8 is too small and 10 is a little to big) so december 1st i will go by hope flly a size 8 pant!!!!!! and a medium or a small shirt!!!!! GOOD LUCK EVERY ONE!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 153 - i have a very small chest. maybe an a cup maybe almost a b. and im about 23 lbs over weight... if i lose this weight will i loose my chest? this continues to stop me from wanting to loose weight more then anything else. help?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 210 - I hate being overweight!! I used to weigh 250 and lost weight during the summer. I still diet the way I did when I lost all that weight, but I'm not losing anything. All I do to exersise is ride a bike everyday for thirty minutes and go walking around my neighborhood (about three miles) every once in a while. I eat cereal or toast for breakfast, different things at school for lunch, and whatever my stepmom fixes me for dinner (which is not alot). Then after I do my normal exersises,the bike, I eat a 40 calerie fudge bar. I really want to lose weight. Can ya'll please help me. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - kay. i went on the scale for the first time in like 3-4 months today and i was 160 pounds. okay thats not so bad becuse last time i weighed myself which was at the doctors was 157. yeah im fed up with this. im gunna excercise and BARELY eat. ive made a decision, FOOD=MY ENEMY. if i dont lose any weight i will seriously just break down and not eat because i can& ive tried it beforee, it's not as hard as it looks. ill have special k for breakfast and lunch because they have that losing weight plan and a salad for dinner and excercise a lottt. =)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. idk - does this sound good i had a bowl of honey nut cherrios( 150calories) with milk(130) then i worked out for 30 mins lost 110 calories. then for lunch i had this cusine 300 calories. for a snack i had a south beach cookie (100 calories) dinner ravoils cuisne(250 calories) then a 100 calorie pack. all day i drank water

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 199 - Im so mad at my self because for breakfast,lunch,dinner I ate out because we were going shopping. I got 4 shirts and can fit into every single one. I think losing those 11 inches helped. YES!!! I said 11 INCHES NOT 11 POUNDS!!!
