Ht. 5'3", Wt. 160 - hi, i am overweight and i keep on gaining weigh. When i ran track, and was excercising everday, i was still heavy. I am really confused because even when i do eat healthy and excercise i am still over weight. Now after summer i am still heavy and dont know what to do about it. I feel lost and i have tried many different things but i just dont know what to do. I feel like i am an emotional eater and eat just to be eating. but i really need help so that i can be healthy and finally be able to wear the clothes i want to wear.

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - I do feel a little bad becuase yesterday was my cheat day and I had pizza and stuff. But, whatever! It was only a day. And guess what?? Today I was actually able to but a skirt at Target! I bought a cute, slightly ripped darwash skirt from Mossimo. It was a size 17, but the 15 fit well, only it was little TOO short! So now I'm basically a 12/14 or 13/15 it depends! Food today: Breakfast: whole grain waffle w/pb and banana/SNack: pretzels/Lunch: (my Mom wanted us to go out) salmon fillet, steamed veggies, potato, 1/2 roll of bread(next step is cutting out the butter suace!)/Dinner: We're having company so I may have like bean soup (veggies inside) and a turkey meatball with pasta, or just one, or a little bit of both!SNack: might have yogurt between now and dinner!

Ht. 4"11, Wt. 150 - Hi I posted before About going from 160 to 115 but quit cause id could not reach my goal of 100-110 so Im going to try again!.Im not sure how much i weigh know im guessing 150.My plan is exercise hard an hour a day everyday & eating 1400 calories a day.Do you think it will work????.Also what is everybody else doing for exercise diet ect?I need some real help im coming back from homeschooling to a high scholl Im so scared & would love to lose some weight.Plus being as short as I am 4"11 & weighing about 150 is NOT HEALTHY.Please respond

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 143 - Do you all think that horseback riding burns calories? I do, but a lot of people disagree with me. I think that if you are just starting out and all you are doing is walking around the ring then you may not be burning very many calories. However if you are trotting(sitting or posting, especially without stirrups!), cantering, jumping, riding bareback, etc, don't you think that would burn calories? Lol at the weight I'm at right now(the highest i've ever been =[), you may think that riding doesn't burn very many calories, but back when i rode every single day i was down to 110lbs....its amazing how the weight just creeps back on!

Ht. 5.2, Wt. 12.11 (179 lb.) - well i have been trying to lose weight for ages now and have but it took me ages to lose small amounts i just want to say if you want to lose weight you have to eat less off every think thats wat i did and exercise some people comment on us but they dont no what its like not to feel nice about your self well am on my way to become slim thats my goal  (Note: 1 stone = 14 pounds).

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 365 - I try and try to loose weight but nothing ever helps and lately ive not been getting much excercise, do to school. I usually walk everywhere and nothing happens and I always feel like crap. I try to keep up with my friends and my older brother but I just cant. Well if you can help me out thanx.
