Ht. 4'9, Wt. 119 - im very short for my age cuz i have a syndrome.i do lots of exercising like irish dancing, jazz dance, and acro.I also am making a habit of running up and down stairs.10times a day.my meal plan is. breakfast none unless plain sald,lunch sald with low cal dressing 5 cals.dinner eat like a handful.drinks.water flavoured with orange and crabnerry juice

Ht. 5'7, Wt. C:170 G:150 - holy hell it's been 3 weeks and the pounds have just stopped coming off.. STUPID PLATEAU! Down 16 lbs total...Still so far to go.. I'm losing my motivation PLEASE HELP. woke up @noon and ate: raspberries, 1 piece of vegitarian pizza(still very fatty), cup of coffee Snack: cup of coffee, salsa and baked corn chipsDinner: half a palm worth of chicken, 3/4 cup of mashed taters, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of squash + 1 cup of 1%milk.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. idk - today i had a bowl of cereal, one piece of steak with a little salad, and a tuna samwich that had alot of mayo. so i took most of the mayo out by using a napkin. i had alot of water, did lots of crunchs, and squats. im probably going to take a bike ride or a walk with my bro later today. is that good

Ht. 5" 1', Wt. 10lbs to go!! - OMG guys I'm so happy!!! I got on the scale today and I was down 10 lbs since June!! Yay!! I really needed that boost of confidence and now I have it and have not even felt any sort of weighed-downness all day!! YES!!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Breakfast: 1 Amy's frozen broccoli and cheese pocket/Lunch: (we went out) cup of chicken noodle soup, piece of bread w/packet of butter/Dinner: organic turkey burger, broccoli rabe, string beans, and Wieght Watchers pumpkin gratin. Exercise: walking around in malls, carrying grocery bags, LOL. NOw my parents like always ask me what foods are good to buy. :0) Mom went to Weight Watchers this morning so bought a ton of healthy stuff. As a lifetime member they knew her and all, so thy tooe her I shouldn't join the prgram but if I eat the food my mom cooks I'll loose weighht. My mom has to loose about 25lbs. and I'm reaching for ten right now until I can ask my doc. how much I should weigh. Well I gotta go now, I have to help Mom label all or food with their POINTS values!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - i lost 4 pounds this week. I am finally no longer obese and am below the 180s for the first time in a few years. I also lost .5 inches in my waist and hips.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - So I have been trying to lose weight for a year or two now. I have lost about 25-30 pounds but my stomach fat will not go away. I am comfortable with the rest of my body but not my stomach. I can not seem to lose weight. I eat very very healthy and work out an hour a day at least 5 times a week. I don't know what else to do to get rid of my stomach fat. Please post any tips that you have!!!

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 140 - hi guys. i'm so tired of overeating. it's been going on for several YEARS now. and i'm more than ever determined to stop this vicious cycle of overeating. could anyone post some tips that has actually worked very well for you to resist overeating and/or eating out of boredom, stress, sadness etc? Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - OMG SORRY! BUt I just realized that this site's calculator says that I should reach fore about 138, so my uiltimate goal is probably gonna be 140 unless the doc, or an expert at WW tells me otherwise. besides, it's not like I care strictly about the numbers. I am pretty tall and have a large fram that is naturally part muscles! SO as long as I feel confident, get moer toned, and loose a few more clothes sizes, I'll be happy and healthy! SOmetimes I envy my pal who lpst like 80lbs in 3 months last summer..impossible! SHe EVEN TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT DOING IT VERY HEALTHY she's like hardly eat the whole day and go running and crap. Now she looks like she's eating more but I totally beilve that whatever sahe did/is doing is completely unhealthy! I MEAN IT TAKES SOME PEOPLE 2 YRS TO LOOSE 80 LBS!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Oh and also, it helps to make small term goals, liie my next goal is to be 160. I'm taking it slow becuase I'm not gonna be able to see my doctort and/or go to Weight watchers before October. I'd like to impress them by saying "Oh, I already lost 24lbs. on my own". So I really wanna loose this last 10lbs by CHRISTMAS at least, though I'm sure i can pull for more. So, I have 4 months including Sept. if I loose like about 2lbs a month or more I can loose like 10-15lbs more, right?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - OKay, dinner was as follow: diet coke, grilled fish in soy sauce (yummy!) with spicy brocoli and a small baked potato (tbs. of light sour cream and SMart Balance buttery spread on top). I'll admit I had a few slices of bread and oil...but this week I've been feeling so hungry that I wanted to make sure I was getting enough food, and now a s my period is winding down, I feel much less hungry. Like, I didn't have anyything between my afterschool snack and dinner. Also, I splurged and had 4 candy corns and a small slice of birthday cake, but you know what, oh well! I'll live! A healthy diet means you can indulge once in a while! Like, I can't remmeber the last time I had cake OR coke. LOL.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - ok today in pe (i try my hardest every day) we got weight and our body fat tested and i was at 33 :( but he said im ONE OF THE LOWEST IN THE CLASS the lowest was 30 i feel kinda health
