Ht. 5'5", Wt. 169.8 - An important message...FOOD IS YOUR FRIEND! ACTUALLY, IT'S YOUR BFF! 3 No, I'm not crazy. Food is your friend if you look at it that way. It gives you energey and fuels you. It makes you healthy and happy if you eat that way, and you will look very radiant and strong too. So look at things my way...eat balanced meal from ALL the foood groups. Desserts and treats are just fine, but have one and really enjoy it. Don't shove a handful of cookies down your throat just becuase you're bored. Ht. 5'1, Wt. 163 - ok.. this is gonna sounds sooo stupid... see..my friends cousin thinks im cute ( according to her mother) and hes only seen me on webcam (he doesnt live in America) and my friend told me that they were gonna do a video to send over and im supposed to be in it... and the thing is.. im afraid of her cousin seeing my body..... im afraid he wont like me anymore..... what should i do?? should i try to loose some wieght before we make the video?? should i not be in the video at all? wat do u guys think?

Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: 1 whole grain, lowfat waffle w/ peanut butter and banana/Snack: Kashi TLC Trail Mix Granola Bar/Lunch: leftover serving of lowfat ravioli with sauteed eggplant/Exercise: 30min of intense cardio tape!!!! I feel so great rightb now! And I downed like 1 and 1/2 water bottles! MAybe I'll sigm up for volley ball or soccer...

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 134 - I know that it depends on your body type and everything. But what is the range of healthy weight for me? I don't need a specific number, just the range. Cause I go to all these different sites, each telling me a different number of what is overweight, and what is healthy.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145 lbs - whats up every1...i came to this site like a few years ago wanting to lose weight really bad, but just never had the will power in doing so. so last year when i was 16 i decided that it was time to lose weight...so all i did was eat my breakfast,dinner,supper in smaller portions with water with every meal and i walked about 4 times a week for like 40 mins,and never ate after 8 oclock...i was 205 lbs and now i am 145 lbs...so i lost 60 lbs in 7 months....i know it may be hard but i also tried to not eat junk food while i was on my diet and sumtimes i did but i learned that its ok to have that piece of cake on ur bday and stuff...just dont make it a habbit of always eating it..cuz it aint good for u at all lol....on my whole journey to losing weight i did not to any kind of exercise...only walking alot...trust... Total Cal Count: 1540cals Exercise: 20 min bikeride UP HILL!!! omg my legs are jello again just thinking about it! Alright for days now I've been trying to get into the 160's WHY WON'T IT HAPPEN! Ht. 5'4, Wt. 193 - hello 3weeks ago i weighed 204 know i weigh 193 i lost 11 pounds.the health way i dance.but the thing is i just brought some duck head pants and their to big. i have alot of space and stuff.iam in shape and ready to go to the bahamas in october yeah iam going to try to lose 10 more pounds r mor before the trip.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 142 - i read in the magazine that if you reverse how you eat a day you can lose so much weight like you can eat chicken the morning and lunch whatever and then ceral for dinner because its such a low calorie.. so do you guys think i should try it?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - I didn't end up getting to that tape...boo hoo...but my dad (who is perfectly healthy) agreed welcomingly to let me join him on his walks and things for after school. I can go on the swings. fly a kite, do my workout tapes, etc. Even helpping run errands and walking 2 blocks instead of driving someplace helps. Anyway...dinner was my mom's Weight Watchers veggi soup and serving of low fat, high calcium ravioli with suateed egplent. Dessert was two cookies, totaling to 80 cal and 2g of fat, and a square of dark choc.

Food today so far: Breakfast: 1 cup lowfat highfiber, whole grain cereal---Snack: 1 Kashi Trail Mix Granola bar--Lunch: (we went out cause I got out early) 1 bowl all veggie soup, half salmon fillet that came in 1 tbs. butter sauce, cooked veggies, apple--Snack: 1 fig real fruit cereal bar. Exercise: later I`ll pick one of my workout tapes to do! :0)

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 147 - My mom has recently been telling me to start watching what I am eating because i have put on around 15 pounds throughout the past school year and summer. I checked the BMI caculator and it says I`m overweight. So I am going to do something about it. I`ve been playing field hockey for 2 years and this will be my third season and practices have gotten very intense this year and we have 2 hour practices 6 days a week where we run between a 1 1/2 miles and 4 miles everyday. After that season I jump right into basketball season and will not have as intense practices but i will run on the side to make up for it. If i use my practices as my exercise and eat healthy, will i be sucsessful in loosing weight?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. idkk - alright alright. heres the plan. schools starting so it'll give me more things to focus on besides food. so here's my plan on a school day....BREAKFAST: energy bar. LUNCH: 97% fat free turkey sandwich. SNACK: apples. DRINK:water. DINNER: whatevers cooked. but if it's somethingg unhealthy i jsut make me a salad. and i have 2 glasses of milk everyday. plus i have gym everyday of the week so i get excercise. so here's my workoutr everyday on a school day....MORNING:100 or more crunches. AFTER SCHOOL:lifting weghts, jogging, gazelle, or ab lounge, NIGHT:crunches
