Ht. 5'4, Wt. 194 - kay so yer arm fat and but fat and upper upper inner thighs will all come off as you loose weight right? like it just comes off as yer losing weight? or do u have to do certain things in those areas to loose that weight..GAH!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 again =/ G-120 - school starts in exactly 1 week from today [sept 7th] and the first day of hip hop class is the week of sept 11th =] acting class starts the same day as school =] i have to lose as much weight as i can before the recital in june or the production in march/april, hoping to lose 20 pounds before christmas tho

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - First day of junior year today. My diet is going to be sooooo much easier to follow now. I'm not even hungry after school. I'm going to eat cake after dinner because its mom's b-day, but i have the calorie allowance. I have so much homework now that I'll probably in the future have to make time to eat =(

Ht. 5' 1", Wt. 134 - yesterday, i had wheat thins with spread cheese for breakfast, quakes with fat free kool whip for snack, a skinless grilled chicken breast for lunch, and a milk drink for snack, did 3.5 miles on the eliptical(took about 30 minutes) biked 2 volleyball practice, had practice, biked home, for supper i had a grilled chicken breast, like 6 french fries, and 1/3 a cookie. then i biked over 2 my friends house... i kinda splurged when we got 2 the gas station (j.j. bought us candy and i got 2rolls of shocktarts....i probably only ate a roll worth since i only like 3 of the flavors, then i biked to mcdonalds to get food for my friends, but they were closed so we just came back. amazingly with all the sweets i still lost a pound.. today i had the same for breakfast and snack, lunch i had a pepperoni lean pocket, snack a bowl of green beans, celery, and carrots., i also had a half a cup of icecream.. how does that sound for today so far. i have a volleyball game tonight and i have to bike to it and home.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 134 - YAY!!! It's been a week and I lost 4 pounds! Thanks you guys SO MUCH. I'm so happy wish me luck for the next week. Any tips for more exercises? I have a treadmill, but I get really bored of that after awhile. Sadly I don't have an eliptical or exercise bike :( Any tips?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. idk anymoree - well why i said idk anymore is because my scale isnt working and it hasnt been and i believe i either gained or lost weight from last time i checked so yeahh. anyways. i woke up at 10:30 so i didnt have time for any breakfast so at 11:30 i had an early lunch which was a turkey and ham sandwhich on wheat bread with mayonasse. the good thing is my meat was 97% fat free so for 5 slices it was only 60 calories. then i had a cookie for a snack which was 80 calories. then i had a little peice of brownie which idk how much that was but it was like so small it was this little square of like an inch hah. then i am having an energy bar til dinner. then i had some propel water. good? give me advice if i ate anything wrong. plus i did weight lifting with 20 pounds on each arm which i could barely do so that was great for me i did about 6 on each arm. then i did the gazelle for a total of 15 minutes. then i did 50 jumping jacks. 50 squats. 50 pushups. and 50 crunches. good?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 146 - Down 4 POUNDS AND 8 INCHES on my thies. scince 2 weeks ago. im really motivated now!!! scince high school started monday i have classes that are all over the school and its a big school. and i carie 19.8 pounds around up and down the stairs. ( i know its hevy but i got to no locker) and i have been going off campus and eating lunch so today i had a hot dog and ate it on the 20 mineut walk back to the school and burned off like 1/2 the 100 calorie hot dog. and then i had a baked potato for dinner with butter cheese and sour cream and breakfast was a fruit cup with peches.
