Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i'm doing pretty good with eating, maybe like once in two days ill have two cookies just to treat myself. my birthday jsut passed and we had cake and stuff so im trying to get back on track of where i left off. im watching what i eat slower and slower.....jsut so i dont make a big change! okay then i do crunches 24/7 and i walk A LOTT around my neighborhood, and i ride my bike to my friends everyday and to school ((when it starts)) and in a week im gettin more serious....im not gunna have any plan just remembering to have FRUITS, VEGGIES,AND HEALTHY FOOD. milk at dinner and the rest of the day water. then i will do the ab lounge and the gazelle everyday.....and ill try to add in crunches...situps...and pushups.....sounds like a good plan? let me know.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 138 - umm... so today so far I had a peach and 3 egg white omelette with onions peppers and mushrooms, with a bit of monzerella cheese. Then I had a Pluton (half plum half apricot) in between breakfast and lunch. Then for lunch I had half a grilled chicken with some brown rice. Two cups of skim milk, and then everything else water.
Exercise: I exercise in the morning. But umm..40 minutes of jogging, and then did 40 minutes of walking.
Does that sound like I ate too much? and is that enough exercise for one day? like do I need to do more?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. ------- - Kay so for breakfast i had cheerios. and for lunch im going to have Raman noodles. for dinner im not sure yet...and i exercised for like 20 minutes today after breakfast. and im probably taking my dog for a walk tonight after dinner. is this good??

Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - I've officially grown one inch! My doc (well allergiest really) said it was great that I'm getting taller and slimmer. I go to my new adult physician in Oct. so I'll ask him how much more weight I should be loosing. :0)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 166 - today i had cereal for breakfast,salad and a milkshake from burgar king, and mac and cheese for dinner. what should i change? any ideas on what i should eat. i am thinking on riding my bike to get a tuna samwhich on wheat bread.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 158 - Guys i've always been chubby or overweight, recently my family we went to europe we walked so much everyday about 6 miles..i didnt lose any weight but i lost 15 cm...so much i look thin. now..but i don't know how to lose weight.. like really not just cms

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - ok today i woke up and normally i would eat breakfast but for some reason i didnt since it was close to lunch i decided to wait then lunch came and i didnt eat anything i wanted to but i didnt then me and my friends went 4 a walk and i ended up eating icecream and then dinner time came it was weird i felt hungry but i didnt want to eat i dont like this any suggestions im so confused why cant i eat? is it a platue or something????
