Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Yes, Catelynne, I am now a health nut and yes I am still overweight. Wanna know why? Because it takes longer than a mere 2 months of semi-organic foods to lose 75 pounds. Now, ignore my advice: I don't care. But when you plateau or still get sick with diseases related to eating those ingredients you'll see why I avoid them. In addittion, you make it sound like I can never eat anything fun. I eat cookies a few times a month. I eat ice cream. I eat pasta and breads. I just eat the right kinds so I won't regret it later. There is no need to be rude to me. I was just trying to help ya'll. Health is more important than the weight you are.

Ht. 54, Wt. Too Much - well let me first say that i am very proud of my self. I've been overweight since the 3rd grade and i am now entering grade 9. ive been teased and made fun of for 6 years, and ive decided i had enough. i started my diet about 2 weeks ago. Well, i went school shopping yesterday.. i usually wear an XL in juniors.. but today i tried on a Large and it FIT!!! It wasnt hugging mmy stomach, and that was the motivation i needed to be more active in my excersize. I HATE USUING THE TREADMILL!!! So my parents dicided to get me an excersize bike. Also i dont like going to the park or jogging around town. Well this is what i eat.. im on a 1400 Calorie a day diet.Breaksfast- 3/4 Cup of Vanilla Almond Special K with Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk.(ITS DELICIOUS I SOO RECOMMEND THIS MILK!!) Or i will have Eggos Special K... (view more)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - Hey Hey Everyone. Tommorow is my start to the new. I think I got all of the temptation out of my system so now i'm 100% ready. I've decided not to eat any more beef and pork, if I decide to have it, they will be in extremely small portions. My diet buddy Leslie has helped me out so much and i'm so ready. My new meal plan is: BREAKFAST- 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of peaches, Yoplait light and fit yogurt and granola. LUNCH- Shrimp Salad (garlic and herb flavor) with italian dressing (Low Fat). DINNER- Two pieces of garlic and herb marinated perch and salad. 64 oz's of water and 50 minutes to a hour of DDR. Desert- 15 calorie sugar free popsicle. It's time for no games...I hope I can do it all the way this time..my motivation is to prove to my dad I can do this again and I want my belly pierced when it gets flat so thats another side of motivation LOL. Bye all *Good luck to everyone else*

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - I did end up having a mall lunch...PB&J, a cup of spiced nuts ( Bad for salt, but I hardly eat seasoned nuts at all becuase my dad watches his salt intake!), and 1/2 a fresh HUGE peach, what I ate was probably an equivelent to a small one! :0) DInner should still be about the same.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay, so I was reading a lot of my old comments to people, and I realized how vague I am with my comments about bad ingredients. If you guys have a food you really like, but it has high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, partially or fully hydrogenated ingredients, or trans fats, but you dont want to give up the foods, let me know. I can tell you a better brand. Sorry if I get annoying/confusing with my ingredient comments.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Brunch: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ smal egg omlet (whites with peppers and tad of cheese), 3 slices 97% fat free turkey bacon, 1/2 cup strawberries, water. Exercise: I'm going to be at the pool probably all afternoon. DInner (plan) lean skinless boneless chicken, string beans, baked potato. Today I'll ry to squeeze in some extra fruits and veggies, and whoever said I snack on junk, I"m sorry to say that I rarely touch a 100 cal cookie pack an ALMOST NEVER have fast food, since I don't really like it anymroe. LOosing almost 15lbs motvates me to keep going, and I saw my crush today! He was looking at me and SMILING! Whoopee!
