Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I've been vegetarian before but I wasn't very healthy because all I ate was like processed food that didn't have meat in it I never did recipes with fresh veggies and stuff. I still mostly eat all processed stuff that isn't too high in calories and fat. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good recipe book or a good site online to find healthy vegetarian meals?? Thanks.

Ht. 5-5, Wt. 151 - Today is the day. i am no longer going to dance around losing weight. I ran for 45 minutes (really fast running, but some jogging mixed in)and am planning to swim for 30-60 minutes, then do some pushups, crunches and the like 4 15 minutes. I ate 1/2 a bagel w/ non fat cream cheese and smoked salmon and a tomato 4 breakfast, and 1/2 a pb+j w/ homemade tomato + beans soup for lunch(with squash, too) and some strawberries, nectarines and cantaloupe. i plan on eating a small dinner. i'm so happy that i am finally determined to lose weight!!! plus, i talked my parents into getting me contacts when i have a flat tummy!!

Ht. 5'7.5, Wt. ??? - I really reccomend low sugar popsicles. they usually have about 30 calories, 1-3 grams of sugar and taste good. they are nice summer treats are are healthy alternitives to other sweets like candy or soda. also, string cheese has alot of protien so its good for snacks and low fat pop tarts (they do have sugar so dont eat them too often) are good for quick breakfasts or snacks. good luck to everyone and hope this helps! =D
