Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay, well in the beginning I was more fitness oriented than diet oriented. Now its changed. I eat a balanced diet, but my workouts have fizzled. I still wont do less than 30 minutes of cardio 6 days of the week, but I will admit that I just dont want to do it. I used to go for walks everyday, but they just got boring. I don't hate the cardio I do--I enjoy listening to my music and doing the treadmill fully inclined at 3.5mp, but I feel as though I need to do more.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Sorry to double post but I just found out I won't be eating till late, and I was hungry, so I grabbed a 100 snack pack and my aunt offered me a few little pretzels, I couldn't say no becuase she comes up once in a while, but i only took half a serving, 4 pretzels, so i had 3.5 grams of fat instead of 7 and only 1.75 grams of saturated fat instead of 3.5

Ht. 5'8, Wt. ??? - well school starts in a week for me and I may not have lost any weight over thesummer but i had alot of fun and now i'm gonna get serious about this. i've been going to the gym more and eating healthier. but a couple of days ago when my really small friend came over she had me put on her skin tight shirt cus we were doing a little photo shoot and it fit me and i wasnt bulging out of it! i couldnt belive a fit into an extra- small shirt! good luck to everyone else. if you want any tips email me at eornitz@sbcglobal.net. thanx alot ppls =D

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183.5 - right ok well sorry for double posting! but how does this sound as a diet and exercise plan. 30min cardio ( either a rosemary connelly video or this other exercise dvd - every day ill do 30min and switch between each dvd every other day) 50 sit ups and then like 8 minutes of different weights ( 50 reps of 0.5kg 25 reps of 1kg and 10 reps of 2.5kg) so yea thats the exercise per day. Eating will be - breakfast scrambled egg on brown toast, but ill sometimes vary with other foods. I'll definately be drinking around 8 pints of water per day and be eating a variety of vegetables and fruit throughout the day. My calorie intake will be between 1200-1500 per day. Any input ill be soo greatful for! If i stick to this routine do you think my 7-10lbs in exactly 1 month is achievable? comments please!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I have a job working as an EYC crew member. We clean up litter on highways and freeways. I bring a lunch every day. I was wondering if anyone knows of any healthy lunches that don't need to be heated (and are yummy!!) I'm having trouble knowing what to bring.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. around 184 - god well tha lowest weight ive reached this yr is 173.5 so ive put on like 11lbs :( but i havent even been dieting or exercising but today i want to change that again because ive got exactly 1 month before i start college and realy want to lose 14lbs bt within the month id like to lose 10lbs before college bt its goin to be a lot of hard work! but ideally before xmas id like to be around 150ish! argh wish me luck!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 136 - Hey how does this sound for today. For breakfast i had a granola bar and orange juice, then at around 10:30 i had a salad w/catalina free dressing, then i had volleyball tryouts from 11:30 to 2 (had a water bottle and a half during that) and then i biked home and had another granola bar and for supper im going to have either a pepperoni lean pocket or a lean cuisine pizza. and then i might be biking 2 my friends house which is about 3 mile for both ways.
