Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I'm actually looking forward to school now only because its easier to control my eating habits when I'm not at home 24/7. The only thing I'll have to work on is remembering to eat breakfast. I plan on working out in the morning every day this school year so I'll eat some oatmeal. For lunch, I am going to find some veggie meals I can easily bring to school. I think for excersize I will do 30 minutes on the treadmill before school, a nice meditative walk after school, and then finish the other 30 minutes when/if I finish my homework in time. I didn't have a productive summer weight loss wise. I dropped a clothing size in skirts, but I didnt lose any pounds. During the school year I plan on actually dropping pounds and more dress sizes. What are all of your plans for school?

Ht. 5"4", Wt. 159-162 - okay so school starts september 6th so i have from now until then to lose as much as i can...i go for 2-3 or 3-4 mile bike rides practly everyday and i ear breakfast lunch and dinner with a healthy snack. so how much do you guys think i can lose from now intil sept 6th?

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 230 - todays cardio workout 30 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burning 625 calories 30 minutes on the elliptical burning 375 and 15 mintues on the stationary bike burning 90 calories for a total of 1090 calories then 30 minutes or more of weight training

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 148 - help i think i might be a little on the chubby side and dunno wot 2 do! i ave gaind 10 lbs over the summer and my belly has got a little fatter and more round it also hangs over my pants as they are 2 small but i dont wanna tell my parents i need new clothes and hav gained weight. also when i meeet up with my friends they all seem to enjoy poking my belly and pintching my belly fat. i dont wanna be chubby but i hate doing sit ups and cant go to a gym what should i do! help!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - UGH! I want to sabatoge all indulgences. I am such a weak person. I lost so much weight and i've gained 10 back. And the week to come wont make it any better. Were going out of town and there will be no healthy choices. I'll just have to eat lightly. My diet buddy Leslie (from this site) is helping me out so much with food advice and such. I'm going to try my hardest to meet a substancial weight goal by September 5th (atleast 10 pounds) and even a better goal by December. My birthday is Aug. 11th so that means B-Day party lol. Trying for a life change is so very hard. Especially when you have been on track for so long and then you just stop. I find playing DDR a challenge now. Ht. 5'2, Wt. 175 - OKAY.....so i had a reality check this week when i went to the doctor and got weighed. over the last year i have gained 20 pounds. Its so depressing because when i was down around 155 i had made it to my 50 pound goal. i had weighed 205...it sucks!! so i started my diet 3 days ago and i have been working out like crazy. Yesterday i did a total of 1 hr. and 50 min. exercise which came out to about 4.5 miles. so i am trying! i want to lose about 40 pounds. anyone have tips let me know...thnaks~blue eyes

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 174 - So I've lost 12.5 pounds since July 16th. Wow. I look at myself in the mirror and think : wow you are still so fat. and it makes me want to cry when I think of how fat I must have looked 12 and a 1/2 pounds ago... Lately I have been writing N.T.A.G.A.T.F on my wrist which stands for : Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels. It encourages me to stay away from junk and eat healthy foods. When my mom asked me about it, I told her it was just a password for a site I visit. So far today this is what I've eaten: BREAKFAST: 1 cup of rasberries LUNCH : 1 cup of 1% milk, chicken/vegitable/potatoe stew (really healthy, its made in a crockpot) no fat added DINNER : planning on having a Greek Salad and 1 cup of 1% milk. NO SNACKING, NO DESERTS. 1300 calories. Unfortunately I was too lazy to exercise today, so I'm going to do crunches, lunges, leg raises, and squats before bed. Good Luck everyone!
