Ht. 6'0, Wt. 200 - hey u guys just wanted to check in and see how everybody was doin, im ok i worked all summer in a VERY hot warehouse all summer doing heavy lifting and walking all freakin day so i did not have time to do planed exercise or to really eat healthy, but nevertheless, i still lost about 11 pounds and gained a significant amount of muscle. my arm, shoulders, and chest are alot more toned and cut, and the cool thing is i did not even try!! but now that i have to quit to go back to skool, im gunna have to go back to traditional exercise and eating healthy. c ya!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - so i go out and party and drink alcohol probably 3 times a week, sometimes four, and when i drink i usually end up getting wasted....is this affecting my diet because i am sticking to it but not loosing any wieght?

Ht. 5'9, Wt. goal:170 - I am now really discouraged! I have lost 12 pounds so far, since July 15, but today I just found out I have a really bad stress fracture in my shin! It has been hurting since my softball season got over, and today we found out why it was. So i can't do any cardio exercise, actually i can't do any "weight baring" exercises for at least 1 month if not 2. I will just have to keep eating really good, and use some dumbbells or something.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 173 - Alright guys so I'm up 2 pounds in 2 days, I'm thinking it's just "bowel movement yet to pass" but we'll see. I'm on some medication that causes slight constipation (celexa) but whatever, as long as I'm losing fat, I'm happy. Breakfast : 2 clementines(136 cals) and a bottle of Crystal Light (30 cals) Lunch: bowl of chili (340 cals) I have no idea whats for dinner but hey I've only eaten 516 calories and I try to eat anywhere from 1200-1600 a day so I could even have PIZZA, imagine... lol no I'll have lots of healthy food like I don't know maybe some grilled chicken with green beans and rice. Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Thanks Kaylee! And also, I am going down to Cape May in August for 10 days, and I'm super excited! Mpm got me this really cute green dress with martini glasses on it, so it should look nice. The good thing is that my Mom (and Dad)eats super healthy cause she's a lifetime Weight watchers member,and she's gonna be doing all the cooking! I think we may only eat out once or twice, looking forward to the long walks, swimming, and shopping trips! Anyone have suggestions on what to eat out? Btw is mini-golfing good exercise?

Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Lunch: 1 broiled fillet of slamon w/ 1 tablespoon butter chive sauce, 1 cup of steamed mixed veggies, 1 small potato, half a roll. I've discovered that I haven't been eaiting a lot of grains lately, and they're really good for you. I also need to eat more fruit. Later on I had a fatfree frozen yogurt for calcium. Enjoying the rest of summer...

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 144 - Hello, people. I would like to get down to 115 pounds, so I have 29 pounds to lose. I'm planning on cutting out all sweets, sweet drinks, dairy, (I'm taking calcium pills and vitamins), plus cutting out bread and starches, then walking my dog about two miles and then going on the treadmill for about 1 hour a day. do you think this will work? today so far I've had one banana and two glasses of water...

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 203 - So far this year I have been way off with my diet and everything. Luckily I have maintained my weight, but I really wanted to have lost a whole bunch of weight by now. I discovered this site about a year ago, and I have lost 15 pounds. But none to speak of so far this year. But I am finally ready to get back on track. I have a job at this restaurant that has healthy food, so I think that will help alot, since I eat it for lunch every day that I work there. My problem is, after I eat lunch, in the afternoon I tend to eat A LOT of sweets and junk food. I need to find a way to overcome these cravings!!! I am trying to drink more water and exercise more too. So my goal is to lose somewhere around 30 pounds by the end of the year, is that good and possible for me???
