Ht. 5'6, Wt. 173 - Alright guys, I'm going on an end of summer vacation with my mom and baby brother to pensylvania!!! I'll be getting lots of sun and exercise as I'll be camping but I'm really nervous about the food side of things... You see it's SCA camping (Society for Creative Anachronism) You basically dress up in medeval clothing and camp in medeval tents and eat medeval FOODS... Lots of beefy stews and fresh bread and junk. High Fat content and high cal because of sauces... LOTS of nutritional value however so I'll be good on the vitamin front as long as I eat LOTS of veggies. Anyways I can't wait, the teenagers always have parties at night time so I'll burn off lots of calories dancing as long as I stay away from party type drinks and foods... Really hoping to hook up with a guy, I've toned up a lot and lost a lot... Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 150 - Ok. I was 150 at the beginning of the summer but then I really started to snack and I gained 10 lb. We went camping for 9 days and every day we did some hiking and ate healthy *three meals and every other day a snack*. But I looked at the calories a lot and helped myself. I lost the 10 lb. I think it would help if you made little chagnes everyday like going for a walk and instead of getting a soda, get a juice, and snacking less. It helped me. Hope it will help you.

Ht. 5ft 4", Wt. 171 - Hey! Breakfast: 1 cup of instant oatmeal, 1 yogurt whip, water/lunch: cheese and spinach organic sandwhich pocket, sauted peppers w/ bread, yogurt/snack: 100 cal Doritos pack, just tried on any they're yummy. Not much fruit today, but I'll let it go since i had 2 pieces yesterday, although tonight I'll probably have a banana w/ my asthma pill. I have my period so I'm usin all my willpower not to weight myself! I'm prolly still about the same weight, although it'll be easier to get an exercise routine during the year.

Ht. 56, Wt. 158 - Its only 12:20 here. And so far ive had breakfest because i woke up at almost 11. I had two boiled eggs. Some sandwhich meet and a cup of boiled broccili plain. I did 45 crunches. 15 in the middle and 15 left and right side crunches. Right now im playing ddr. About ten songs im going to do. Any one have any advice for me? Or what i could be doing better? =] thanks

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - So yeah I was talking to Lucy before about Protein and Carbs. Today is day one of the challenge: 2000 calories, and at least 40g of protein. I am going to do it for a week, maybe two and see if I notice any changes. If not, then I'll just have a balanced diet for the school year with 30-60 minutes of cardio and let my health be my priority. I agree with Lucy: I have gotten healthier over these past two months even if I havent lost any weight. And one of the biggest health-food perks of all: I used to have really really bad acne....now I have none.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 173 - Okay so today I had a picnic with my friends (we start school on september 5th so we're sort of celebrating the nearing end of summer). Does anyone else find it REALLY hard to eat healthy when theyre with their best friends? There were crepes and maple syrop and there were pistachios and all sorts of crap and I was sooo TEMPTED! Luckily I stuck to my pineapple and cantalope (freshy cut up BY ME) and crystal Light... I feel so freakin fat... I hate seeing me and my friends next to each other.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 150 - hey guys...you may remember me from like a long long time ago but i just wanted to do my most current weight and prove to you it is possible my highest weight was 222 pounds i was just months and pounds away from pancriatic failure which you can die from and a type 2 diabetic since i was 6 or 7 i'm insulin resistent meaning any sugar,fat,carb etc. would turn right into fat unlike other peaple who if they ate that it would turn into energy i used to gain about 6lbs a week i know it sounds crazy but its true and yes even though i am tall i was very weak and miserable...i know how all of you on here say obesity is genetic and if your parents are big then your gonna end up that way to my mom is 5'3 140lbs my dad is 6'4 275lbs...kinda big and every doctor i went to said well look at her dad obviously your doing... Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190 - hey guys i started my diet on auguest 1st.i been eating 3 meals a day and i walked every night around the neighborhood a few times and i think i found something that works for me when i get a craving...try brushing your teeth...LOL...i mean like you know how after you brush your teeth and eat something...it tastes really bad.......So everytime you crave something just brush your teeth LOL....i dont know if that advice will help but it's kinda helping me =)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. B: 313 A: 130 - Hey Everyone, I just thought i'd share with you some of my experience about being overweight. I was overweight from the time I was 3 or 4 til 14. My mom used to enable me by making fattening foods such as cookies, chinese and any kind of dessert. Overtime it stuck to me, literally, I ended up weighing 313 pounds when I was 14, now I'm 16 and 130 pounds, I'm so happy. I didn't have surgery, no special diet, no pills... I learned to exersise and eat moderately. If you want a cookie or a little ice cream, have some! just don't sit there and eat 5 cookies or a pint of ice cream, it's all just common sense! remember, it's not how much you eat, it's what you eat that counts!
