Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Tip: as soon as u wake up drink 3 glasses of water. then begin ur eating. do this always helps ur skin and helps u go to the bathroom if you know what i mean.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I go school clothes shopping on Saturday. I'm actually kinda nervous about it. I am only buying a few things because if I continue to lose weight they won't fit me much longer. A few jeans, maybe a skirt or two, and a few tops. Any tips on how to look slimmer without buying just dark clothes and jeans?

Tall, Wt. 200 - Okay, so im fat.. and im so tired of it.. i watch my friends who are all skinny minny and i cant get over how they can eat whatever they want and not gain weight... and gain weight is all i do. The thing is i dont like many fruits or veggies... unless their covered in sugar.. wich i know is a bad thing.. I have a tredmil but never use it.. im tired of going to school and being teased about my weight.. my mom told me today that when we go school shopping i have to get stuff from the plus sizes........ My heart just stopped.. I new i was fat.. but i never thought i would be hearing that. It hit me like a big yellow bus.. Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I found a few websites with lists of foods you should avoid based it us of high fructose corn syrup. These foods are BAD FOR YOU. Even in moderation they will hurt your body. The links are apparently too long to post, so this is how you find it. Go to google.com. Type in "lists of foods with high fructose corn syrup." Click on the link starting with Accidental. Read on and be smart about food choices.

Sandwich w/mayo (100 cals), 1 slice of turkey, 1 spice of ham and mushrooms. (around 500 cals or so) and 7-up is that good so far?

Ht. 5-8, Wt. 207 - i really feel like i have stopped losing weiht and ive uppped mmy exersize and lowered my calories and the thought of food makes me sick alot when i think of unhealthy food like fast foood or even white bread i dk why... but i dk what to do!! any advice fo what to do during a plateau?

That bulge always shows up where we don't want it. On men, usually around the waist. On women, the hips, thighs and buttocks. These areas are the first place we see fat accumulate and the last place we see it disappear. This one you can blame on genetics.
The first place we usually lose fat is on our face (so our mothers can tell us we look too thin). Unfortunately, it is not possible to direct our bodies to burn fat from a particular area.
Take sit-ups for example. It is important to keep your stomach (and back) muscles in shape, and firm abs can even help to hold in your stomach. But to reduce the size of your mid-section, you would do just as well to perform any exercise that you enjoy.
Burn the calories and the fat will come off right where you want it to. It just may come off there last.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - I have been walking for the past 3 weeks(for like 30-45mins a day, almost everyday). And i have been playing volleyball almost everyday for like an hour. But i still eat like normal. Yeah so when i started i was 200 pounds, but since i don't have a scale i don't know how much i have lost, and i am worried that i have not lost any w8 at all, because i still look the same and my clothes are not any loser.Do youz guyz think that i might not be loosing any because i am still eating the same way? Help me please, give me some tips. thanks
