Ht. tall, Wt. 200 - has anyone out there tried that special K diet? where u like replace 2 meals of ur day with a bowl of special K? If u have tried it.. what are ur results? ( and i know to use like non fattning milk.. its all my mom buys)

Ht. tall, Wt. 200 - WHat is a good excersize routine for the morning..* b4 skewl) and at night (b4 bed) ? cuz i really need this and im starting my diet today.. this morning i had half a banana and put the other half on mutigrain bread .. but its not ime for lunch yet.. but doesn anyone have a good lunch idea. and a snack? Thanks! Can utell me if what i had for brekfast is good and tell me some good excersize routines? thanks!

Ht. 5-5, Wt. 152 - k guys, what do you suggest to do 4 a workout each day, morning and night? and what is a good dinner size, and foods and sizes 4 it? and lunch? and breakfast? im desperate here. I really want to try to lose the belly before school starts.

Ht. tall, Wt. 190 - I just finished doing 50 jumping jacks.. 20 crunches, and running on spot for 7 minutes. is that a good way to excersize? PLus my mom is buying a tredmil and im going to use it every morning b4 skewl and b4 bed.. does anyone know how much weight u can lose for jumping on a trampoline for about an hour? Please tell me if what i just did is a good way to lose weight! Thanks!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - I'm 5'3 and 138 lbs. Thats not even over weight but today someone was like so are you happy to be exspecting?? They thought I was pregnant!! I wanted to cry. I then came home and ate junk food because we don't have much healthy food in my house right now. I don't know what to do!! I hate this!! I feel like I"m gaining weight every day!! It's so gross!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 180 - dieting has never been easier...I dont know what happened to me but now I have been eating right, i dont have any cravings, and i have been excersing daily. a bit of advice, dont freak over the calories, I know they are important but they arent everything. focus on getting veggies and fruits. I always treat myself with something at the end of the day. Some times its 100 cal pudding with some fat free cool whip, or sometimes a root beer float popsicle(only 50 cals!!!) I love love love them soooo much. Good luck... p.s im still sooo sore from softball tryouts eekk, but I's on varsity again!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 180 - Boy am i ever sore, I had softball tryouts(i also have them today and tomorrow)and we did a ton of running, even after stretching and everything im still a tad sore. oh well. I have been sticking to my diet for 3 days now and i am very motivated. I will be having a pretty intense workout everyday after school for about an hour and a half so i am hoping i can lose about 50 pounds before christmas. heres a great site with lots of food tips and recepies www.hungrygirl.com I subscribe to it so i get a daily newsletter through email and i love it!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Food today guys: Breakfast: slice of whole-granish, organic peacan and raisin bread with tad of light cream cheese, fat free yogurt, water. Lunch:light ham and cheese sandwhich,sugar free lowfat pudding with almonds,1 1/2 squares dark chocolate (for a little indulgence and antioxidents!)Snack: 3 animal crackers, 1 bag 100 cal Doritos, and 1/4 cup of punch at camp cuase I was thirsty! Dinner: tilapia (w/ about 2tp sauce made from 20 cal salsa, reduced fat sour cream, and avacadoes), 1 cup Alexia baked fries, 4 small oven baked shrimp, fresh tossed salad with mushrooms. It may sound like a lot but this summer I haven't been eating a lot of snacks betwen meals, and i'm gonna try to cut back on the junk I don't need, like Doritos and choc, All water today! Any comments?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - Okayy how's everyone? Good I hope? Well i'm starting over with my weight loss. I am so mad at myself, I lost 30 pounds and gained 20 back, so stupid to do. And I feel terrible everyday when I look into the mirror and look at my stomach that two months ago was slimming. Even in my drivers license picture 2 months ago my face was so slim. Im an embarrasment to myself. But i'm ready to get back on track, I guess you could say I could start my senior year off good. BY MY prom May 2007 I want the slimmer body cause I already have the cute face lmao!!. OKAY all jokes aside! I'm going to get in all of my food groups except fats and sugars.
