Ht. 5'6, Wt. 182 - i have a tip for u guys, which has really helped me..if u eat junk food make up for it..like today i had high calorie choclate chip cookies..i will make up for it by not eating anything for the rest of the day except lettece or celery which has no calories..
ps. ive been doing really bad latly, im eating wayyyy to many carbs! rice bread potatoes u name it =(

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - weight sucks man i hate it im doing good tho i just havent dropped any pounds hopefully when school starts on tuesday i will have a strict scheduale and eating plan i will go to school then after school do my exc. for 50 min then a shower then homework then food then tv then sleep mon-fri then on sat i wil walk in the morning for 45 min then on sun i will rest u kno? ur body does get tired like mine was so tired today but i will do ddr later tonight and im going dancin tommorow so that will help

I started doing 4 miles on the treadmill a day along with situps, pushups and stuff but now I'm just lazy...and just bumming arounddd and I think my stomach is getting bigger again.
STUPID, STUPID STOMACH! I eat healthy all the time but I've been slacking off on situps and crunches...are there any other easier exercises for the stomach? Also, I missed you all:) hope you lost a good amount of weight while I was gone lol.

Ht. ....., Wt. ......... - I know this dosen't sound good but can someone please back me up and give me some encouragement since I can't get it from my family :( I binged again and I feel ssoo horrible right now I just want to give up, can someone please help me somehow?? Can anyone suggest a meal plan for tomorrow? That includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner?? PLEASE!! I REALLY NEED HELP AND WOULD BE GREATFUL TO ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO HELP ME. Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Lunch: salad (w/ chicken, greens, tomatoes and cheese) piece of bread with tad of butter, apple, 1% choc milk, water. Later I had a fat free frozen yogurt. NEWS ALERT: Everyone's saying that 3 glasses of milk a day builds muscle and keeps you lean! I'm aiming to drink more milk now...

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - I FINALLY lost some weight. Just 1.8 lbs to go and I lost 15 lbs! Breakfast: lowfat highfiber muffin w/sugar free strawberry jelly, yogurt whip, mango juice, banana, water. I'm going to see the circus tonight, and i'm so glad I convinced my parents to eat a tasty veggie burger at home, and not some over-priced, fatty, salted hotdog and popcorn!

N:212 S:217 G:150 - wow ok ive been off my diet for like a week and i feel like crap, im sooo down and depressed, but i want this sooo bad. like, school really needs to start so im not so bored. only 2 more weeks! yeah!!! i want to start running but i can only run for like five minutes without dying. i need help! grr.

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 139 - i read on the internet that doing 10 minutes of jumping jacks burns the same amount of calories as running a mile. is this true? because jumping jacks really do get your heart pumping. the scale finally says i'm below 140! it read 139 this morning. so i guess that means i've lost 8 pounds. all i've been doing is 200 j. jacks a day and lifting weights two times a day, doing 15 reps three times, and drinking water. something i'm doing must be working!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - As of this morning I lost 2 pounds. I havent lost weight in 1 1/2 months, so this was a big accomplishment for me. I am still up 4 from the end of the school year but my mom keeps telling me its probably muscle. Eeeehh! I am so happy!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 173 - Alright guys, I'm going on an end of summer vacation with my mom and baby brother to pensylvania!!! I'll be getting lots of sun and exercise as I'll be camping but I'm really nervous about the food side of things... You see it's SCA camping (Society for Creative Anachronism) You basically dress up in medeval clothing and camp in medeval tents and eat medeval FOODS... Lots of beefy stews and fresh bread and junk. High Fat content and high cal because of sauces... LOTS of nutritional value however so I'll be good on the vitamin front as long as I eat LOTS of veggies. Anyways I can't wait, the teenagers always have parties at night time so I'll burn off lots of calories dancing as long as I stay away from party type drinks and foods... Really hoping to hook up with a guy, I've toned up a lot and lost a lot... (view more)

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 150 - Ok. I was 150 at the beginning of the summer but then I really started to snack and I gained 10 lb. We went camping for 9 days and every day we did some hiking and ate healthy *three meals and every other day a snack*. But I looked at the calories a lot and helped myself. I lost the 10 lb. I think it would help if you made little chagnes everyday like going for a walk and instead of getting a soda, get a juice, and snacking less. It helped me. Hope it will help you.

Ht. 5ft 4", Wt. 171 - Hey! Breakfast: 1 cup of instant oatmeal, 1 yogurt whip, water/lunch: cheese and spinach organic sandwhich pocket, sauted peppers w/ bread, yogurt/snack: 100 cal Doritos pack, just tried on any they're yummy. Not much fruit today, but I'll let it go since i had 2 pieces yesterday, although tonight I'll probably have a banana w/ my asthma pill. I have my period so I'm usin all my willpower not to weight myself! I'm prolly still about the same weight, although it'll be easier to get an exercise routine during the year.
